Just meh! Lots of issues with connectivity and the keyboard doesn’t work at times. The only way to get the keyboard to work again is to power down and restart. Bought this after reading several great reviews. 6 months later already looking to purchase a new laptop because this doesn’t cut it.

Overall good combo PC and Tablet for home use. Display and sound system are great. Very happy with the package. HP modified The power cord and connector and it will not allow me to use my old power cord as a spare. Connectivity, processor speed and storage may constrain more advanced use of this PC, otherwise it works well.

Awesome computer for the price. Bought during Black Friday in July with all my discounts I sure wasn't going to let this one get by. Haven't had any problems since I bought it. Start up is fast and the speakers sound great.

This laptop was highly recommended as a good work from home computer. It has worked out well so far except the battery life seems to be only average so I’m having to plug it into an outlet while I’m working.

Very pleased with my new HP Envy x360. Right-sized (for me) laptop, responsive, with excellent graphics and resolution. Windows 11 much easier to adapt to than I thought it would be after 10 years of using Windows 7 Home Premium. Overall: excellent.

I wouldn’t recommend this item. I returned it and got something different because it would kick me off of everything I was doing on it and also it wouldn’t even charge it died on me a few times. Not one I would recommend to anyone to buy

Computer is great, but I have experienced the following minor issues: (1) Speakers are soft... need to crank volume into the 90's to hear. I attached bluetooth speakers to fix this issue. Also have needed to reset wifi adapter several times.

This came with windows 11. It takes a bit of time to see how different it is from windows 10. Some of my old programs do not show on the desk top yet were transferred to this computer. Still learning how to use it better.

Had Problems.... Disappointed

I haven't been able to use it much yet, but, I've had problems from the start, since I first got it, with very little use. I called the store to complain, and I was told a manager would call me back to discuss a replacement, or exchange, and I never got a call. That was during the first couple weeks of purchase. I have been busy, and haven't been able to follow up, but, I was disappointed. I had problems with the mouse pad, and the sound system totally failed. When I re-installed the sound system somehow, the sound is still terrible. My old laptop had much better sound, the volume is low, even when turned up all the way, and the mouse pad still has problems sometimes. I can't remember the other issues now, and I haven't used it a lot, but, the main reason I chose this one is because of the keyboard being seemingly somewhat centered, without the keypad on the right, and, based on the advice of Sales at the Store. I also don't like the arrow keys, but, I'll leave it at that for now. I might still need help getting this resolved in the future. I am busy now, and I never got a callback, so, moving on for now....

Every HP laptop I have bought thus far has problems staying connected to WIFI, thankfully I was able to buy an ASUS adapter that cured the problem. The charger was low quality and broke within two weeks of purchase. Besides the problems listed above, it works great.

Love it for what I need. I just need something for email, internet and editing photos in Adobe illustrator. I did have to buy an external drive for the photos and wish it had 12-16mn memory but otherwise it’s perfect. And for the price, sale $499 it was perfect

My all in one desktop finally died after year's of use. I decided on the laptop for portability reasons. I waited and shopped taking my time then I found this on sale. It's more than I expected with all its options. I love it!

Very nice computer for the money. I use a USB ten key and that makes it a perfect editing station for me with responsive and light touch keys! Can work on it for hours without finger or wrist fatigue. And the resolution is beautiful!
