All customer service was great. They helped me in my decision making process. No complaints. However, I do not think this laptop holds a long enough charge. Most are rated for 8+ hours or more. This one barely holds 3 hours. Not sure I will keep it.

The keyboard and keyboard mouse do not work correctly at times. When I have called or taken it in, the tech supports were not helpful. Need to buy another computer.

This was an amazing buy. I’m happy with the amount of pressure its taken off of me writting everythingg in a notebook to this laptop. I am pleased with the customer service that was also provided. Thank You

Laptop is compact and so far, working as expected. Purchased at a great price. Great for anyone needing to check emails, search the web, and day to day use. Laptop is great for students as well as for Senior Citizens. Great Investment!

Verry pleased with this purchase. Still a great bargain laptop. Glad to find out it is encrypted with bitlocker. (Not full version) Have not added any upgrades yet. have not felt the need.

The laptop looks very sleek but it has a tendency to freeze and have the keyboard completely unresponsive after only few minutes of use. I thought it was an isolated case so i had the first laptop exchanged for an identical one, but the issue presented itself. Now i understand why the laptop was being sold at almost 50% of the original price

Got this laptop for my son starting his first year in college. We chose this one because my daughter got the same kind last year and it has been great!

The laptop is great. I purchased it for a very special person who has used it from the moment it was purchased and it is helping her with school assignments. I will definitely purchase laptops again.

This laptop meets all my needs. I didn't need anything fancy. Very pleased with my purchase. I got it for a good price and love some of the new features it has over my old laptop.

I love the quality of the sound and picture. Its not super lightweight, but its durable & I appreciate that a lot. It really was the best buy for what i use it for the most.

I only kept it for about a week it was excellent however I found it was not what I was really looking for I was looking more for a tablet so I returned it however I would recommend this

I got this on sale and very happy so far. I did have to call tech support to update in order to connect to wifi. Tech was helpful and now everything is working well.

perfect laptop for me. i really appreciate the assistance i received - in selecting the laptop, getting my data moved from old laptop, getting new one all set up, and optimizing.

I'd rate it higher if it had more than 2 usb ports. Still struggling trying to learn Windows 11. Coming off 7 everything looks different. It'll scan but I have not figured out where the files are going.

HP Laptop offers everything I was looking for but of course takes time to find and use everything within a new operating system. I am pleased with everything at this point.

So far so good!!! Display quality is excellent and the keyboard is very comfortable to use. I have used HP computers for many years and have been very satisfied with all of them.

This thing is absolute trash. Within the first year of having this I had to send it in to have the battery replaced. A few months later now and it doesn't even work. It turns on and has a black screen. Worst purchase EVER

This thing really is a piece of garbage. Do not buy it. From the beginning it used to restart all the time. It finally stopped doing that. Then everytime you'd turn it on there would be another update. Often you'd turn it on and the WiFi wouldn't work until you rebooted it (and on one occasion that didn't work and I had to reset the entire machine). Today it updated the BIOS (yay! it'll fix some issues) and now it will not boot and has a hardware error (caps lock blinks).

It is exactly what I wanted and needed. I am very pleased with the support I received from the Geek Squad in transitioning from the product this one replaced.
