I work as a Tier 2 tech on computers so it takes me forever to pick anything up as I over research it. My wife needed a computer to run the cricut software and a touchscreen was going to help. I researched all of the different brands and options for a 2-in-1 laptop for the price I was willing to spend. Pros: AMD Ryzen 5 5625U is a reliable and fast processor. It's perfect midranged for any PC. Wi-Fi 6E (2x2) and Bluetooth combo is the new normal and it's quick and has less issues then prior version 360° geared hinge: is really strong and I don't worry about it breaking with constant use Cons: 8 gb memory - most companies are trying to save money by only offering 8gb and while I do suggest 16 for the price 8 is good. I want to add that unlike other competitors this laptop does not have the memory attached to the board with sauder. It also has a 2nd memory slot so it's easy to upgrade (If you know what your doing). I did put it as a negative because they added 2x4gb chips so you have to get a full replacement or just upgrade to 12gb when you do. Neutral: 256 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD is not the best drive due to the size. Most people won't have an issue with it and it can be upgraded. It is a fast little drive but 512 is really the min I would suggest. Check out the Samsung 980 or 980 EVO drives they are an amazing upgrade with quick boot. Graphics: AMD Radeon Graphics - This is a good built in graphics and for the price it's all you really can get. It's not gamer level but it is consumer level. Just know what you are buying and don't expect to run your games at 4k. Overall: I would really suggest this laptop for most consumers. It is not a gaming laptop but it's not meant to be one. If you are looking for school, work, or pretty much anything expect for gaming or programming this will suit your needs. The biggest plus is unlike the Dell and Lenovo 2-in-1 you can upgrade because of how it was built. Solid laptop I would suggest.

No complaints with it. We weren’t looking for a powerhouse laptop, just something basic. Mainly use it for typing and browsing the internet. But it does it’s job. It’s thin enough to hide away from toddlers, and it’s light.

Loving my new HP envy laptop. Very easy to use. Nice size. The display quality is great. Keyboard feels really good and is backlit. Simple to use and does everything I need. Would recommend.

Best little yet powerful Laptop. i got this for my husband a while ago for his online gaming.. it works so well and yes so light and compact.

This laptop is fast and the battery lasts a long time. The only complain I have but it's only happened once was that while on zoom, the sound went off. I had to log out and sign back in.

Great laptop. Looks sexy, works great and has so many great features. I would definitely recommend it to any and everyone that need a great look and performing laptop for the best price.

The set up was quick. The screen is easy to use. I like the color and size. Glad I chose this one and am happy with the picture and speed. For me not too technical and easy on my eyes.

Love the lighted keyboard except I did not realize it lacked a number pad until I got it home. Bought an external pad. Will buy an external optical drive when needed. I use it as a tablet with the ability to rotate the keyboard.

Love the laptop!! I love that it’s a 2in 1 and I can disable the touch screen and let my 3 yr old watch moves and turn it back on so he can color

This is honestly the best laptop I’ve ever owned for what I need! The touch screen is great and the speed is amazing! Mainly using for Word documents and surfing the web.

I use my laptop for browsing, watching video's, not gaming. It has an excellent display, backlit keyboard, and plenty fast for my needs. Solid aluminum construction. It's larger/heavier than my last HP laptop, but the display is so much better. I quickly got used to the extra size after a short time owning it. Touch screen/convertible is nice. It's a great value comparing it to the others I was considering. Battery life much better than the previous laptop's I've had. I highly recommend it.

A very good laptop with a touch screen and 360 rotation possible. good price and good quality. It is my first experience with HP laptops and its totally worth it.
