After diagnostics were run on the unit it appears the motherboard was fried for some unknown reason. The Geek Squad at my local store and purchase location told me the only Allendale was to send the unit to Hewlett Packard which would mean approximately six weeks of down time and lost productivity. So I'm paying for a dead chromebook (purchased in 2022) and now a dead HP Envy 360. SMH
