I really loved this computer but decided to return it to repurchase later because I only need a school computer. I didn't need it yet.

Love it, since I am retired, I use it a lot every day. It has a lot of new features than I never used before. I love it.

I am disappointed that I have already had to spend quite a bit of time with support. Today I had to drive to Gainesville for the geek squad to reinstall my wifi drivers and they did a great job but I what if I had not spent the extra money for tech support. Would I have had to pay for support?

Wifi stopped working after about a month. Carried it back to the store and the sale's people were fantastic. Went out of their way to help.

I've only had it about 2 weeks. But, I don't like how hard it is to open after you've closed the lid. Also the delete key is right next to the power on and off button. It's way too easy to use the delete key and mistakenly hit the power key and turn the computer off.

i bought an open box excellent and it works fine. however, sometimes the wifi disconnects which can be annoying.

This is the second ENVY I've purchased and it is excellent. I especially like the extra large keys as I'm 75 and LARGE is good.

I really like this laptop, but the battery doesn't last as long as they say. I also miss the 10 key my other lartop had. This is why it got 4 stars .
