    Poorly built product. Esc key malfunctioned only just a month after purchase. Got it resolved, but took Best Buy depot repair two iterations to resolve. Two days after the speaker on this laptop failed and no amount of driver updates/system restores could resolve it. At this point I am not sure how worth it is to go back to get this issue fixed.
