    Would really have liked a lighted keyboard, with age and macular degeneration it is hard to see the keys on the black keyboard.

    Built quality is good. Bluetooth is fidgety with AirPods Pro (keeps disconnecting). Keyboard and trackpad is not that responsive. There’s a white light emanating from top of the bezel under the screen; that’s annoying and feels cheap.

    Very hard to get support and when I bought computer side panel was ripped off box and rep said it would not be a problem for me but found later info for support was there. I have no way to get information on how to use this computer.

    I had this laptop for 10 days and the hard drive crashed. I spent over an hour with HP Tech support and after all that the tech said to take it back to where I bought it and get my money back. I've had HP before and they worked fine. Maybe this one was just a lemon.

    EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT, WILL HAVE TO REPLACE SSD DRIVE SOMEDAY WITH A LARGER ONE. THE ONLY THING I MISS IS THE NUMERIC KEYPAD
