    Over priced Very disappointed, limited gigabytes, for a laptop being this expensive. Not any good features. However, returned it to BEST BUY and as usual Best Buy was very accommodating. Ended up purchasing an Apple 13” laptop and am extremely pleased with this purchase. Needless to say the Geek Squad helped me immensely.

    This review would be perfect, except for the difficulty with upgrading the memory and other internal components. I may have to take it back to Best Buy and have them do it. I would suggest another brand that is easier to upgrade or purchasing this brand, but with more memory already installed.
