    I have been losing use of the keypad and/or touch pad. Work around to restart with Bluetooth and good for random time. I did the diagnostics with Bluetooth.Spent 40 minutes on the phone with a service person. HP rep circular logic means that I will just have to live with it since they cant see the problem after restart.

    It crashes a fair bit, doesn't recognize my face to sign in very often, and sometimes the screen appears upside down and it's hard to switch back. Also the first week I had it, the sound suddenly stopped working, and I had to reset it to get it working again. But other than that, it seems fine. I got it on a good sale but wouldn't pay full price for it.
