for the price a good laptop. Should have looked, heavy

open box ; came and worked for a few days but would crash out of nowhere sometimes and then sound drivers wouldn’t update. took to geek squad and the ethernet cable wouldnt work for it so i turned it back in

i have had this 2 in 1 hp envy for 3 weeks. i was setting it up for the person for whom it was purchased who is not too savvy with computers. i have already experienced a failure with the wifi adapter driver so right now the unit is useless. now what?

I don't recommend this laptop. It doesn't last at all.

Within the first week the computer failed to turn on due to a static buildup on the mother board, and less than two weeks later the computer shows a fault code for the fan. Not reliable in my experience.

Cannot wake the computer on tablet mode. The computer crash many times. When I open the computer from sleep mode, it often has black screen. I am forced to turn off the computer and restart it.

The touch screen was a joke. They wanted to charge me $80 to send it back! Not sure why I paid geeksquad!

Broke in less than a year. The service center was accommodating, but after it was repaired, it broke within 12 hours.

Fragile and less than 6 months the side of screen open up, and warranty doesn't cover it. They charge double to get it fix or replace

Terrible. Screen glitches and the keyboard goes unresponsive until you reboot it. Bought it new and it started to mess up just a few days later.

So far it’s ok the pad is not to good and computer lags or I have to click several times to execute task so…

I’ll start out by saying that I’m a fan of the HP Brand. I’ve owned many of their products for the last 10 years. I got this laptop for $499 and I’m returning it. The biggest complaint I’ve got is the battery life. It doesn’t even last as long as my 5 year old computer. The speakers are on the bottom of the laptop and are muffled and worse than any laptop I’ve owned. The computer isn’t terrible for the $499 price. But it’s not something I’m willing to keep. All it does is attract finger prints on the outside, and it’s incredibly hard to keep clean. Seems the screen is also having issues with lines in it.

The speakers are super quiet even though audio settings are 100%. Best buy couldn't help and would not take it back. I will buy elsewhere from now on.
