Daughter has had nothing but issues. Screen glitching, shut offs at random, cant connect bluetooth headphone without rebooting and magically the screen cracked. She had a computer for 4 years in high school and never had anything break. As a very responsible adult we are very disappointed with ther performance and quality of this laptop. On to find another. I guess our loss. Made a poor decision.

I would charge to 100%, power it off, turn it back on a few days later and it would be in the 60% range. When I used it unplugged, it took less than 2 hours to go into power saver mode, less than 15%.

Sometimes it moves windows or highlights text when you don't want to. You cannot turn the machine off when this happens. It happens daily. I'll never buy a HP laptop again - my second lemon in 8 months
