I bought this laptop computer on November 18, 2022. They transferred all of my stuff to the new one. The E key did not work. After a few days the Microsoft Edge quit working. I took it back and had to have another new one, and get all of my stuff transferred again.

Nothing but problems with this laptop. 1st the screen freezes, then the keyboard doesn't work, then the plug-in adapter for the wireless card goes bad. I've spent hours on the phone with HP to get these fixed only to have them happen yet again. I should be entitled to a new laptop but neither BestBuy nor HP will offer that. Never again.

This laptop wouldn't let me go beyond the opening page. I sent it back. The Del I did get set up easily and is great to use.

Spent 2 days loading my programs onto Laptop One month later Laptop is with Geek squad. Laptop can no longer communicate with bluetooth mouse or Wifi. Geek squad got the wifi to work again. But could not get bluetooth to work. 1 month and laptop is failing.

VOLUME PROBLEMS, CAN'T HEAR IT AND HAVE IT ON MAX VOLUME.

The internet drive stopped working. It is working.

Terrible!! The software that came with it corrupted the computer and we only had it for 4 months!! Then Best Buy tried to tell us it wasnt covered by the standard HP 1 year manufacturer warranty and talked my husband in to a $217 total tech account....SO MESSED UP!!

Computer was purchased with free security software that didntcwork with windows 11. After. An hour with three techs they ciuldnt give me a free link to proper software. But they could sell me proper software. Totally unacceptable and surprising for Best Buy

I had to return the exact same la[top because the key pad would randomly stop working. When I returned it for a different laptop (that same version) it has minor malfuctions. Aside from that, I like it.

The laptop was bundled with a 30 day subscription to a Express VPN. It costs $12.99/month. When it expired, i no longer had a wifi or internet connection. This laptop does not have a wifi on/of key and the wifi settings menu does not have functions to enable non-VPN wifi connections. The instructions on the internet don’t work for this laptop. I won’t pay $12.99/month. It is going back to Best Buy.

Fan is super noisy! Brand new computer, why is the fan so highly noisy! It’s plug in, closed, and it’s 5 am, and out of nowhere it’s fan turned on- blowing hot air. This is not a laptop I need in consultation rooms, nor in law school is noisy as hell!! Going back to store!

Not happy. Lost all emails. Still having trouble. I get some then they disappear. Went to geek squad they said couldn't help me.

I've only had this laptop for 38 days and the screen started glitching and is now completely out. Can't do a return or exchange due to 30day warranty which mine wen tout on the 27 and not the 30 day mark. now I have to pay extra to geek squad for repair.

Worked great but then I started having issues with the laptop turning on. The power button would be on but the screen would stay black. I should have returned it before 15 days.

I ordered this computer for the 10 digit numeric key and it arrived with out it. The picture shows the laptop with it. Very disappointing.

Laptop didn't come with a charger. Too bad........

Loved this laptop all the way until i cracked the screen and had to buy a new one for school right away, loved how it could flip back so i could show orhers what i was doing, or just using it like a tablet type. It worked great for having multiple things open with out slowing it and it hold alot of space for everything i need on it. Im.hoping i can get the money to fix so i can go back to using this one. Ive had this laptop since starting up schooling a few years back and its still working just like when i got it

Awful!!! Did not recogntnetwork adapter Got a new one, same error. Do not buy, wasteof money

they only give 15 day return and of course i just started using laptop i bought week ago and turns out battery and something else wrong with it.
