    $800 disappointment! Sound from speakers to low. Screen brightness max is just normal. It seems its just same as a $400 HP except has the Envy name and Bang and Olsem logo

    First one, the Geek Squad said to return, it kept freezing on him. Second one froze up after Geek Squad technician left. Waiting for another appointment.

    I love my new HP-ENVY. so easy to use and navigate. This replaced my old HP laptop that I had for nearly 10 years, so I was a bit skeptical, but so happy that I finally made the move! So much quicker than my old laptop, as well!

    I bought this laptop and 9 days later I was unable to use it. The keyboard wouldn’t work. I was extremely disappointed and took it back. I wouldn’t recommend it.

    Bought it for my son for high school use after the Dell Inspiron blue screen of death popped up. Way better and faster compare to the Dell Inspiron. This is 2 in 1 laptop which it can be used like a tablet. It boots and run applications really fast. Great price.
