I love this laptop! It has everything I was looking for. Touch screen, backlit keyboard and sleek style and design. I've had it for about a month and love it. The only thing I didn't like was that HP or Microsoft (?) infiltrated my Amazon Photos with pictures of people using HP laptops. I was doing a slide show of my pictures and noticed people I didn't know and then realized they were all holding HP laptops. Easy to erase but felt like an invasion of privacy.

It does everything I need it to do and some light gaming, added a external DVDRW drive and that works with windows 11 just fine.

I was looking for this!! We expected $1000 at least for a touchable laptop but we could save $400 ;D

It’s a little bit on the bigger side but it has all the features I need I a laptop.

This laptop is very fast. Its perfect to do school work on and perfect for running 3D print design software. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND BUYING THIS!!

Screen would freeze on me constantly and i ended up getting something delwted because of it. Very frustrated. Only had it a few days. Cant wait to return!

The computer works great without freezing or being too hot and it's battery life is good.

I bought this laptop because of the excellent resolution. The resolution is, in fact, excellent. That's where the kudos end. There appears to be a common issue with unreliable wifi connection on this laptop. Mine has randomly dropped in and out over the past several months; while all other devices work fine on my wifi. In addition, this device has only one, single USB port. I love HP, but this laptop is a lemon.

It was a great laptop but after a week, I returned it because I realize that for my type of work I needed more memory and a faster processor. I should have known this but the price was a good buy. However, I still highly recommend this if you do basic and light tasks.
