I love this laptop. The 2 in 1 design was exactly what I needed for work and school. The laptop is lightweight and slim and the battery life is great.

I love this pc. Runs my games and the battery lasts a lot longer than my old PC.

Very pleased. Love the lighter weight . screen size and battery life. My only concern is that the backlight feature turns off so quickly.

I haven't had a new PC in years! A friend recommended I look into an HP Envy. I bought this model and a TotalTech plan. The Geek Squad set it up for me! It's so easy to use. I love using the touch screen! The keyboard is very responsive. The screen is just the right size for me. This PC charges quickly. Which is lovely. And I was shown an open box of this model so I saved money on my purchase! I have already recommend this PC model to someone who has a friend who's looking for a new PC laptop.

I'm a virtual assistant and I use this laptop to work from home (among other places). For the most part, it works really well. I love the backlit keyboard and the touch screen 360 features. It's had occasional issues (lagging, mousepad disconnect, etc.) but those are few and far between. Moving forward, I'll probably look for something with a bit more processing power, but it would be great for personal use and light multi-tasking!

Reviewing this item after one year of use. So far no issues to report. I use the device for my graduate coursework when I do not have easy access to my desktop. The features work well for my needs and the mouse is responsive enough that I did not need to supplement with an external device. It is only missing backlit keys when I am working in the dark.

It is a nice machine. Good weight and build and good performance. It is made for work. Touch screen, 360 foldable, nice touch with the face recognition. Now if you got this laptop for watching content or for listening to anything you will be disappointed. The screen is washed out for colors and the speakers are badly positioned at the bottom. I am confused why the two large areas in the front that are meant for speakers are for?! The SSD (256 gb) and the RAMs (8gb) are screaming upgrade me and that is why you buy a PC. It is upgradable. For work, I am enjoying the build quality of the Envy and that is why I got it. The battery life is average. I just notice that the battery gets used in a noticable way like any other PC so I keep it plugged in. It was a decent purchase for a black Friday. Just not exciting due to the limited use for watching content

Great laptop for my engine tuning programs. My other laptop crashed after about 14 years and this one is my replacement. Perfect size and able to still use my wireless keyboard, mouse and printer from my old laptop. Best buy team helped with set up and transferred all my info to this one. Really fast great picture on screen and colors are great when I have grafts up showing engine parameters. Really like this unit, just hope it lasts as long as the last one. Would recommend this product.

Fabulous Computer that meets all my school and small home business needs. I was initially in the market for a Chromebook to keep the price under $500. Then this HP Envy went on sale and it just didn't make sense to pay more for a Chromebook. I have had it for over half a year now with no issues. *Note* I am very basic with my use of computers. I mostly do homework, write papers, update spreadsheets/documents, browse the internet, watch movies and listen to music. That's about it and this works excellent for all the above.
