    The Envy is a beautiful "pleasing to the eye" laptop. I really wanted to like this one. For the first week or so, everything went well. I did get a temporary freeze here and there, but I figured some background updating was going on. That was just the beginning, After a few freezes, an audio crash, a complete reset and not turn on for hours a few times, I had had enough. I returned it. Good thing I'm an Elite member and I get 45 days, otherwise I would have been stuck with it. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Spend your hard earned money on something else. I returned it and paid a few hundred more for a more premium brand- What a difference.

    Really nice sleek machine with good specs and foldable screen for tablet functionality. Gave it to my wife for anniversary present. Many of the keyboard keys didn't work within 10 days. Apparently there is a big problem with HP Envy models and Windows 10 update messing up the keyboard drivers. Returned the laptop for a different manufacturer. VERY DISSAPOINTED in HP Quality and Microsoft.
