    Returned because the orientation when turning sideways would only work sometimes and wi fi sometimes wouldnt be connected I know its the computer because i have two other laptops in the house that stay connected

    My husband is impressed with the product, but had to exchange the laptop after two days because the screen wouldn’t wake up from sleep mode without having to fully restart. No other issues, and he loves it.

    I am unhappy that the keyboard is not back lit. I always have to move to good lighting. Also according to what I've read I can't turn camera off. Had I known these things I would not have bought this product

    I used a similar computer until about a month ago. The current model is not satisfactory. The microphone on the computer began emitting an awful sound within days of first using it. I was in a zoom meeting and I had to disconnect. Since the then the microphone works occasionally. Not a computer that I would recommend especially if being used for online communication platforms.

    Initially, it was a great PC; quick startups and excellent battery life. Two weeks in, and the keyboard is only responsive every 4-10 clicks. Years ago, I said of never but another HP product. I should have stuck to that promise.
