We haven’t had the computer for more than a few weeks and the camera stopped working completely.

Funny I should be asked for a review for this today, since it just bricked. Keyboard not responding at all - just stopped working suddenly in the middle of typing. And - since the power button is on the keyboard, guess what-I can't reboot it. An hour+ on the phone with the tech support people and they finally told they'll send me a box to ship it back for repair, and oh, wouldn't I like to buy an extended warranty? I've only owned the machine for 52 days. I shouldn't need an extended warranty to get it repaired.

Had almost constant issues with the laptop overheating. I would set it to sleep, and overnight it would turn back on and continue to run until it basically cooked itself. Sent it back to HP for repairs twice, but they were not able to fix the problem. Ended up returning it to Best Buy and exchanging for a different laptop. Never had any issues with HP products before, but this one I could not use.

My HP- Envy (x360 2-in-1 15.6 Touch-Screen) was good and bad. Approx, 6-days after picking up my new HP Laptop from Best Buy, I was back at the Geek-Squad with Laptop issues, Note: My new HP Laptop was originally put into the Geek-Squad shop for new setup, system/HP updates, web-root & printer setup (#0146-322785319). Subsequent to that, i was back at the Geek-Squad for a diagnostic evaluation (#01456-323026964). Currently I am NOT certain my HP-Envy Laptop is operating at it's best?

Took a while to get it started. USB outlets resisted my adapters. Disappointed to discover it does not have a DVD/CD outlet. On second week, worship zoom finally worked well!

After only having it close to 2 weeks it started making a loud noise and when my son used it for school and I used it for a work platform we would no longer be able to hear the person taking and it would make a loud noise. I was unable to take it back And I called HP support who tried several foxes and now I have to mail it back and be out of a computer that is brand new and needed for school and work.

Everything works well except on platforms that use the camera and microphone. Both go out and computer needs to be restarted.

It works okay but the cursor jumps on me when I am typing and email or text and some times wipes out my message or a sentence. Not very pleased with the HP ENVY x360.

It’s ok for a new laptop. Problem with printer drivers that geek loaded. Finally got wireless mouse working on my own after 3 hours on phone with geek guys.

I bought this laptop at the beginning of June. By the beginning of July the built in microphone was not working. I couldn’t get a geek squad appointment for a week and a half. I thought about returning it however Best Buy won’t give you a refund after 15 days so I called hp directly. I shipped it to them for repair. Apparently they couldn’t fix it and are sending me another one and I’m still waiting on it.

Just the size we needed to do a very simple thing. The only thing the stop us from giving a 5 star is, the mode S that didn't allow us from downloading needed apps.

A lot of times when turning on computer the screen turns black n have to cut it back off n turn back on n have had this problem since getting it haven’t had it a year.

Where to begin. Bought a month ago. Sound issues HP should have know about. Best Buy! Has a short return/exchange policy. Virtually no customer service during this time. Best Buy should not be selling this! Brought back to store. Geek Squad member claimed he fixed the issue. Actually made it worse when I got home I have additional problems I didn't have prior. After numerous calls to HP still trying to fix numerous problems including the recurring sound problems. Will not purchase computer from Best Buy again nor HP product. New computers should not be this much trouble. Every time I think things are fixed new problems arise. This computer was pricey, too. I have an Asus that I paid far less for and has lasted numerous years. Wanted to update my computer that's why I bought this.

I bought this for my daughter to use for school. The first few days she complained about the battery life, after all of the drivers were updated I haven’t heard of any other problems.

I purchased this laptop in July and within two weeks of recieving the item, I experienced issues with the speaker and microphone. By the time I called HP support to correct the issue, and was told that this is a common error with this computer, the return period for the computer was closed. Since I have purchased the laptop, the speaker and microphone have completely turned off numerous times.

I'm already having problems with it, so I'm going to have it taken in...also, the sales person who helped me, told me this computer had the i3 operating system...

I have owned it for about 1 month and it works fine for school! I just don’t like that it is a bit heavy for heavy because I have to be walking around with it and it gets heavy.

I didn't realize that having the number board in the left corner would throw off my typing so much

It isn't the easiest to use and it keeps dropping the internet all the time. And when files were transferred from the old computer a lot of them will not open up.

I took back to the store and was told it is a HP problem. i have to wait for them to come up with a patch to fix problem. otherwise i really like this laptop
