It’s okay. For the money I think I paid too much. But for now it gets what I need done.

HARD TO SEE TO DARK DON'T KNOW HOW TO LIGHTEN UP SO I CAN SEE BETTER.

I like it. It was easy to buy. My order was ready when I got there.

I liked the look and design, but unit would not recognize multiple displays. Software or hardware problem? Called HP Tech for assistance but after messing with this thing for several hours I had had enough. Returned to Best Buy only after 1 day.

Was awful for my daughters online school- would freeze and make a buzzing noise during her zooms and she would have to turn it off and then wait and then turn it back on. Horrible!!

Having issues with power button and sound card hoping geek squad can fix problem

Had to return. Within a week, the machine became super warm to the touch and would not turn on. I had other weird experiences like flashing on day 2 or my purchase. For this reason it was returned.

I have only had this laptop for a month and the microphone is already not working, and I bought it for work especially to do video calls and now I can’t . It also will randomly start a loud sound that sounds like a continuous emergency alert , and goes on for 45+ minutes a day that I have to hide it in a closet so I sort of don’t hear it . I never spend money like this on myself and the first time I do , it turns out horribly . I do not recommend anyone buy this laptop .

I purchased this in June 2019 and when college classes started in August I was already having so many problems with this. the screen glitched, the touch screen was intermittent, windows stopped working, and the geek squad coverage I purchased only covers it for hardware. So do not purchase this product!!

I recently purchased this computer not realizing that there is a common problem with the microphone/speaker function failing, and HP is aware of this problem and has not come up with a solution for it yet. Had I known this I would not have purchased this model or brand. With Best Buy's very limited 15 day return policy, you're then stuck with HP tech support as your only option. My computer is only a month old and I can no longer use it for work. Beyond frustrated.

I was looking to finally upgrade to a decent laptop and saw this sale. Upon receiving it, I loved it. Build quality was great and was very sleek. After a couple days though it started making this awful buzzing sound and sometimes video playback, and sound was not working. Tried to update drivers and what not and even noticed other people had the same issues I was having. I didn’t want to give it up but it was unbearable. It sucked to keep restarting it to clear the buzzing and video playback. Sigh..had to get a refund for it.

It overheats quickly and the mousepad is so bad. Also it’s integrated graphics sadly.

Good laptops, good price, ok quality, works for graphic design.

Too slow. No disk capabilities. Wasn't told so by store salesman

After using the computer for a month would not purchase another HP.

I really liked this computer alot. The size of the screen was one of my favorite features about it as well as it turning into a tablet. But, I only had it for 2 weeks because my child kept experiencing problems with it while using zoom. The mic constantly kept breaking and the screen would randlomly shut off. It was a mess! I would mot reccomend buying this if you need to use this for school!

Computer OK. TSC Service as paid $150/yr not satisfactory

Good for short term use but not for extended periods of time.
