I bought this laptop Dec. 2019 and it is already out of service. There has been many issues with this laptop since the beginning. Flashing screens, zoom problems, green displays, etc. It is a pitty because I like its shape and size but, lot of internal problem came out. Finally broken.

Average assistance until we found someone we trusted.

Good build quality. Have couple random bluescreen issues.

Bought this computer in September and have had to take it to the Geek Squad twice because the video and audio stops working. The last time we took it in they said I could buy an camera attachment to go on the computer. I said that’s a shame I have to do that on a computer that is only two months old. Now my daughter is trying to do her college work and the video and audio has stopped working again. The last computer we got was a way more expensive HP computer and it only lasted two years and even the Geek Squad couldn’t fix it. Not sure if I’ll ever buy another HP computer again. Not happy!!!!!!

Malfunctioned after 7 months. Irreparable. Overheated when not plugged in randomly. Overheated so bad I could not touch it,and would cool down then heat up sporadically. Could not get device repaired after the fact.

It’s a nice computer. It’s good for beginners. I like the features.

A good computer for all, but i had some technical issues with it during an online meeting. It made a loud buzzing noise, and then the audio as well as video went out causing me to have to reset it. The sound did not stop for a few minutes. Returned after this happened

Just like many other reviews, I suffer from the same issue. When on a Teams meeting, the audio and mic will go out. Many times it makes an annoying buzzing sound. All drivers and software are updated. Frustrating because a majority of my day involves meetings on Teams which I cannot do on this laptop because the audio continues to cut out. Really disappointed with HP, probably will not buy another HP laptop.

Unit kept overheating and shutting down. Couldn’t spend more than 15 minutes at a time before I would have to wait for the cool down period to restart the laptop. Finally ended up returning it to Best Buy for a refund

Purchased this for my 7 year old remote learner, and the PC locks up after an hour or so of video / conference meetings. If you search the HP support forums, you'll see audio card / audio driver / microphone issues plastered everywhere. Seems like a cheap component issue and HP refuses to properly address. The PC is unusable for my son. I've wiped and done a fresh install of Windows twice. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers a dozen times. All I've learned is that I will never buy an HP product again. Shame on me for giving them a chance - I've learned my lesson.

It works. Easy set up. Used for at home learning.

I got this laptop about 3 weeks ago and I was very excited about it. It was a great laptop until a week ago. The speakers began to make a buzzing and muffling noise and they're not as loud comparted to when I received it. Unfortunately ill be returning it.

Face recognition never would work. Bought in December and the screen cracked ... saying that they are very delicate screens and that cause camera not to work when we tried to repair... and a screen is 210.00 ... so might as well but new

Laptop overheats quickly then freezes. Video has constant glitch. For a new laptop I should not have to keep taking it back for services. Will never buy again.

I bought the computer on sept. 9, 2019. I have used it very little, maybe a few hours week. It has been awhile since I tried using the touchscreen and I noticed today, 3/25/2020, that it does not work. I went through HP support and have to send the computer in.
