    Great day to day laptop for watching Netflix and normal use. Great for college students and office professionals as well. Runs hot when gaming and some software do not make performance better.

    Got this laptop for school and home use, I do love it, it is a pain to upgrade because of how the back needs torn off, but definitely a worthy laptop, though I suggest adding at least 6 more gigs of ram, I upgraded to 64gb crucial memory and it is honestly loads faster, not to mention a bigger drive, upgraded to a WD Black 4tb drive and I'll say it's a needed improvement, Love the laptop, needs the upgrades

    We had an old computer which was very slow. The new computer is very fast and is a delight to use. We would highly recommend it. The Best Buy squad transferring data from old to new computer did a remarkable job and set up all of our programs just the way we needed it.
