The laptop functions well for its purpose (video editing and schoolwork), the only real downfall is that it’s battery drains awfully fast. Overall I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

I have been very pleased with this laptop. It is fast and easy to navigate. You can use mouse. Swipe screen or use keypad.

I am finding the HPNV 360. Easy to learn and to use… My old computer, hard drive crashed… The geek squad put my materials on the new computer and it works quickly and easily… Functions really well.

The hard is good but the Windows 11 update issues is super annoying. It keeps saying to reinstall them when it is already install. I wish there is a way to hide because it is very annoying to see it.

I would this laptop recommend for college students. It’s fast, light weight and easy to use.

To be honest, it’s not great. I was recommending this based on the 2-in-1 and ability to handle video editing. I had 16 GB of RAM put into it, which maybe be causing my computer to heat up more than it should, but I digress. This computer doesn’t feel well-made. It’s a thin sheet of aluminum, and it’s a windows product. I have realized that their programming isn’t meant to last, so this computer isn’t meant to last. I don’t want to spend another couple hundred bucks in a couple of years for a new computer. I should’ve just gone with the iPad and got the key board.

Hey everyone, I bought a nearly identical Envy a year and a half ago and have loved it. My other one has the AMD Ryzen 7 and 8 GB Memory. I'm giving this a 4 star because this particular model does not have the 9 key number pad on the right side of the keyboard. This was an oversight on my part to not notice that when I purchased it. If you don't need that feature then this is a great computer. My husband and I both use that feature for our jobs so we are slightly bummed that this computer doesn't have that.

The computer is great but person operating it is a little computer illiterate. I don't always understand all that I need to. I think more computer knowledge would be helpful.

I really like this laptop, but I can't figure out how to get the touch screen to work. I wish it had come with an instruction manual.

Very solid laptop. I don’t really have nothing to complain about it, but I can’t really say the battery life is the greatest. Not bad at all just good.

I absolutely love this laptop, I find the graphics to suit all my needs, the processing speed is perfect and I find that I can use it for both gaming and work. I really enjoy the tablet feature and how I can set the laptop up at different angles and use it for recipes when I'm cooking, or use it as a tablet to draw. Though this doesn't come with a pen I found that some of the regular inexpensive knockoffs from Amazon work well with it. Completely recommend this laptop.

Exceeds expectations. Speed, ease of setup and transfer from old HP. Clarity of display impressive; Improved workday, no longer waiting for microsoft to respond.
