I love the laptop! The only thing i wish it had is a 10 key. The older ones have it, but this one does not. But overall its a wonderful computer!

No regrets, well spent money. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Best buy is the place to go for your tech needs . All your needs met with awesome service .

This laptop is amazing i do all sorts of things on it i play games and i draw with it, the fact that it can fold like a tablet makes it worth it

I like the size and weight, but the screen is a bit more reflective than I hoped in a bright environment. It is a bit slow when i have 4 or 5 tabs open, which should not be a problem. It also lags on startup or freezes on the screensaver and needs a hard reset. it's been out of the box for a week and I've had to do this 3 times already. I don't anticipate longevity. I'm sure the problem is windows 11, but since it was preinstalled I'm dealing with it

Good except for the speaker that stopped working without GeekSquad knowing what was wrong either. Also could not connect to my airpods which connected fine to an older laptop I have. When they finally connected randomly after 5 months the volume was low and could not be increased. That also randomly fixed itself one day. Maybe I just got unlucky, but this is too many problems for me for a new computer. Overall, alright for light use of schoolwork.

I bought this on sale for $650. I haven’t had a laptop since the first Microsoft Surface. So I must say it has been pass the time to upgrade.
