Very good laptop. I would recommend it for school.

Unfortunately had to have repair in less than a year. HP was unable to repair. Received prorated refund from BB. BB was unable to give me a same item replacement. Ended up going with different product.

I have had my computer over a month now, and I love it! My last computer was a HP, so the main difference that I had to get use too, was not having the number keyboard on the right. The sales guy, Adam @ Best Buy, answered all my questions, and I felt he took the time to do so. No pressure. It was much appreciated!

This is the first time we purchased a laptop instead of the big screen monitor. It is very easy to operate. The Geek Squad set everything up. Very helpful. Explained everything. I would highly recommend Best Buy for computer ne de.

A little disappointed when our original laptop ( had less than a year) was unable to be fixed. Due to having paid for protection plan(Everyone please consider buying at least a year) it covered the cost of a new laptop. HP Envy was purchased for college Bound child and she seems to love it!

Build quality is a step up from previous generations and the AMD processor is leaps above the Intel options for this particular build. My only complaint is the small hard drive. At this price point, it should absolutely have a 1TB drive.

I bought it for my son for his freshman year at college. He attends this fall but he has put it through some thorough testing the last several weeks. He says it's everything he needs and more. He also says it has no problem playing games. He has found no complaints so far.

This laptop runs very slow. The touch screen function is not great because the screen shakes whenever you touch it. I would recommend purchasing a different laptop. Other thank its sleekness, I wouldn't recommended.

It’s a good product for what I need! Took time to get it all set up with my older computer! That’s the only complaint I have! I wish I would of had a soother transition!

The computer itself is great, but the wifi driver keeps going out on it and wont' detect any wifi signals. I've had it for a month and a half and I've had to uninstall the wifi driver and reinstall 4 times. Very very frustrating.

Absolutely love my laptop!! I was looking for a Great Laptop at a Great price and this fit the bill perfectly! I kind of miss the number keyboard on the right, but it was not a deal breaker!!

Like the new laptop as my old one was 8 years old, things have changed, no DVD/CD player, no numbers keys on the right side, but got used to it and the new features. Also like the lighted back on the keyboard so you can see at night.

This was an upgrade from a Windows 10 laptop. I was advised about getting a solid state hard drive of at least 1 tb. This machine was easy to set up and has been easy to use thus far.

I've experienced some slower downloads than I anticipated. Setup was easy and the device functions well online and offline. Familiarizing myself with the downloaded apps and new features.

I am loving my computer. It is quick and does everything I need it to do. My last laptop was larger and I thought I wouldn't adjust to the smaller size of this one, but I honestly think it is a perfect size.

Very nice computer. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that it only has the list of number across the top instead of also having them on the right side at the bottom of the key board which I am so used to.

I purchased this laptop on 01-28-2023. It suddenly went dead on 02-22-2023, no power at all. Prior to this, several fresh boots, and reboots caused the laptop to boot to a black screen with a flashing white light on the caps lock key.

It works well. A minor annoyance is when I position the cursor to type something and my hand lightly touches the touch pad. It moves my cursor someplace else. I will need to adjust the touch pad sensitivity.
