the picture on your website does not accurately describe what you are getting. it shows a 10 key keyboard of which we did not recieve

Very good laptop for a college student. It does everything you throw at it and can even do some light-mid gaming. Only downfall is that the fans can be quite loud, but it only lasts a couple of minutes.

Great laptop and I got it at a great price! The only thing missing is the extra 10 key number pad. I just personally am used to having the number pad to the right but most people probably wouldn’t miss it

This is one of my favorite hp labtops I have purchased so far. I've had hp throughout my time in college and it's never failed me. It does the job for school work, zoom meetings, ect.

It was much easier to set up than I thought it would be. I was able to get all of my important files from my old laptop. I still have a few things to work out but, it's all good.

I liked this computer but I had to exchange it 2 times because the computer stopped connecting to Wi-Fi.

So far so good. Bought this to replace another laptop that had become agonizingly slow. This computer turns on quickly and has performed very well to this point.

I purchased the HP laptop Saturday and received it today by Fedex. I am returning tomorrow, because the screen is not working. I can hear the sound, but no picture. DO NOT BUY!

User friendly, looks and feels great. Only thing I don’t like is the keyboard layout, I wish it had a 10-key on the side

The first laptop arrived with a dent on the back where fan vents are. It was advertized and sold brand new, but this, and power cord and adaptor packed so clumsily left no doubt it had already been used. Replaced it with a second one, and it came with grease finger prints all over it. So, BB kept sending me used units as new. Gave it try regardless. Screen flickered within a day of use,battery died from 100% to 9% overnight on Sleep, fan kept running at top speed, and the unit got hot on light tasks such as streaming Youtube. Keyboard bent easily under normal typing strokes causing high missed keys, and mistypes. Because of its weight, the tablet mode is purely useless, and because the chassis is so flimsy, changing mode is a nerve wrecking experience. Sadly, I had to return, possibly getting a Lenovo. Avoid this, and HP for that matter if you can.

Easy set up and no issues. After store personnel evaluated my needs they suggested a differant model and saved me some money in the process

I love it! I haven’t had a new laptop in a long time, and I was amazed by all the features! I researched a lot and found this one for a great deal!

Only issue is keyboard stops working every once in a while, have to restart laptop to get it working again.

Bought for the wifes work at home, replaced a desk top I built for her. She is very happy with it, replaced 500gb M2 SSD with 1 TB, all good.

Great laptop specs and even better looks. The laptop performs excellently but looks even better, with premium materials.

Cant connect to any wifi network. Its the strangest thing and theres no way to plug it directly into ethernet. Very unhappy.

Bought this for my wife to enable her to work from home. This laptop has all the capabilities she needs and more. Recommended.

Perfect size laptop for me - 2-1 option is convenient. Plenty of storage all my applications. Color and sound is very good
