Screen Popped Out

But after 17 days of purchasing, the screen popped out of the backing and now I'll most likely be returning. Disappointing in the manufacturing of this!

Disappointed This Time

It’s had issues since taking it out of the box. It’s currently in for repair and school hasn’t even started. Gave it 3 stars cause our older son has the same laptop and we’ve been happy with that one.

Be cautious of this product

I contacted Customer Service to help reestablish the connection. That lasted two weeks and I contacted Customer Service again. They walked me through the process of updating the laptop. The connection was list again. I was unable to correct it. HP sent a recovery disc to set it at the Factory Settings. Prior to that I had to purchase an adapter for $20.00. After setting up the laptop I enjoyed the internet connection for five days. HP sent a shipping box and instructions. After removing personal information I shipped the computer to Texas. That was a week ago. HP does manage a well run shop. I have received updates and once the new part is installed the laptop will be shipped. I would not recommend this computer.
