BEWARE DEFAULT PICTURE OF PRODUCT IS MISLEADING!!!

The picture that is set as its default on the best buy page is a fake and phony so do not truat that picture! That picture was the only reason i wanted this item thinking it had a numbered keypad like the picture showed,yea well it didnt! Also for a 1200$ laptop youd think it would have a finger reader but it doesnt. The laptop is incredibly small for being a 15.6 in. Most laptops that size has the numeral keypad,thats pretty much how you can tell its a 15.6 in. Idk how they claim its that size bcus its ridiculously small. So honestly if you would want to invest in a good quality laptop, instead of choosing this one i would definitely recommend the Samsung galaxy 360 pro2 15.6 size.

Online ordering you can't see the laptop functions

I exchanged it for the VICTUS which does have the ten-key feature. When viewing online you cannot view on either product a ten-key visually.

Be weary of this laptop

Screen went black and needs to be sent into HP to have it fixed under the warranty. Estimated time 10 days (hope that is the case since it is the holiday season) Now I am without a computer that I need for work and per the help desk I will likely loose all files that weren’t backed up. This shouldn’t happen to a brand new $1000 computer. Should have bought a Dell.
