I love the SSD technology as opposed to the traditional hard disk. The Geek Squad took this new laptop and my old one and set up everything perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this purchase or with Best Buy.

Also it insanely fast compared to my older Dell computer. I don't think any other laptop compares in terms of amazingness.

I like quality of the screen and the screen touch feature. The AMD Ryzen 7 processors are powerful. I didn’t do a head on comparison with intel ones but didn’t notice any differences in my day to day usage.

The display is acceptable; memory is enough for basic programs. The Hard Drive is small by today's standards, but this computer was bought for a beginner, so that's OK. It shouldn't overheat, but we'll see what happens over time. All in all worth the price.

The entire laptop feels very well made and not just a cheap material. I have always been very pleased with hp compared to dell. Would definitely purchase again
