I love this laptop. It is my first with an SSD hard drive. Super fast to open things up.

I like the design, color, and all the features. The screen clarity and colors are good. It's light weight. I am having problems with SD card slot. I tried 2 and neither of them clicked in. I don't know if they are compatible or I'm inserting them incorrectly. Today, I realized that there are 2 keyboard backlighting options. First tap turns it on, second tap dims the light, and third tap turns it off. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

This laptop was a replacement for a similar one with a Ryzen 4500U APU. The issue I had with the 4500U laptop was the internal microphone stopped working during Google Meet. Plugging in a headset didn't solve the problem. Restarting the PC sometimes worked but it took forever to restart because it seemed to be running some sort of diagnostic. So I exchanged it for another Envy X360 but with a 4700U APU and a larger SSD. This one suffered the same fate as the first unit. This is a shame because everything else worked very well and my Surface Pen worked flawlessly. I am an amateur tech enthusiast and I know my way around electronic devices. But I couldn't solve the same microphone issue on 2 Envy X360 laptops. I ended up returning this one too and picked up a HP Pavilion AIO 27" with a Ryzen 4800H APU. So far the AIO works perfectly but it doesn't support Surface Pen; only a regular stylus. This laptop has a lot to like if you don't use the microphone too often.

After 3 months use, this laptop is great. Hp does a good job keeping drivers and bios updated to match Windows updates. I have only had a few glitches that occurred between a Windows update and when Hp pushed their updates. I am not a gamer. Laptop is used for home office and general web browsing purposes. Beats the heck out if my work computer. Replaced HP Split X2, which is still operable, just obsolete.

The mother board on my old computer {H-P, Windows 7, Outlook 2010} died in mid-June. Was confused as how to proceed: Microsoft no longer supports Outlook 2010, reviews on 2016 were problematic. Eleison helped me navigate through the maze. Gave him an idea what my needs were and he guided me to my HP Envy x360 + Microsoft 365. Best Buy's financing with two years interest free really helped during these difficult times.

This was a perfect solution for college papers/research and has been great for work/personal use. I deleted all the bloat-ware that comes preloaded, which was less than all other laptops I have purchased. Overall I am very happy with it and would highly recommend. If you doubt how great of a laptop it is, watch Linus Tech Tips' review on it. The Ryzen 7 version is truly a great deal.

Very very satisfied with the HP Envy Touch-screen laptop and HP printer I purchased. The staff and geek squad were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I walked into the store with my old laptop and walked out with a new laptop all set up and ready to use; all my files were transferred from my old laptop to the new laptop. I'm very happy that I went to Best Buy. Have told many friends of my positive experience.

I enjoy this laptop. I use it for school. I appreciate all the small features that really make a difference. The keyboard lights up. You can turn off the camera and mic for security purposes. Finger print accessible. I absolutely LOVE the 10key. Although it is capable to be a gaming laptop, I solely use it for school and work and it is all I need plus more. So many features for a laptop that it’s almost a luxury.

I've hated HP for over 12 years. Bought a similar one for a client, price constraints. LOVED IT! When it was time to replace my old Dell, I got this one. VERY HAPPY.. The AMD chip is really responsive, the finger print reader works great, the keys are responsive, and it is a nice looking laptop. I'll really impressed at the quality. I recommend 16GB RAM though, Windows 10 is becoming a monster of an OS.

this is a very good laptop, easy to set up and very fast and responsive, good for the price.

It may be a little heavier than other convertible notebooks, but the larger screen and numeric keyboard are well worth it. The computing power is excellent when needed for calculating information, but yet the ability to surf the internet while on the couch and have a larger screen is great. All in all, if you don't care about the weight of the product, this laptop is very versatile and can do most anything that you want.

this is my first laptop. It is so thin and fast. my kids are so proud of me picking this one.
