The computer is easy to use and set up. It works quickly to upload and download files. The quality of the screen is amazing. It plays my games smoothly. There is tons of space and the speakers are very loud.

My 1st touch-screen laptop. I've had this laptop for 1 year without any problems. I was concern about the price being too high. The salesman spoke to me. Then exampled to me why it's pricey & the features on the laptop. It was all worth the price.

Perfect loptop for what I need, for my projects. Very powerful. 8 cores! Very fast. Graphics? Outstanding. 1080P very close to 4 K. Not a big difference. Very sophisticated machine. Gorilla glass screen? Wow. Nice! I really recommend it for everyone looking for a good loptop.

It’s a first brand new laptop for me, it’s a good one but the finger touch is it for me, it’s like so technologically advanced I was in aww with it but so far so good. I haven’t had it long enough to really give a review but for like a week it’s been pretty good, lots of update for the first 3-4 days but after it’s pretty good.

After using my HP on my Windows software, I could see the new HP laptops matching up to any brand. I use MacBooks at work but I would put this on the same category as far as speed and quality! Just like the new logo, the quality is new and better!

Purchased an "open box, but certified" laptop for my student. Shipped FEDEX, arrived very quickly, also recieved tracking info. Shipped in the original HP box, all documents included. Appeared "brand new to me". Set up was simple. This is the 2d touch screen 2-in-1 laptop that I have purchased from Best Buy. Very satisfied. This laptop is perfect for students that work from home using a docking station, as well as students taking this latop to class to take notes. Perfect size for transportability between home and school. My student loves this laptop! Highly recommend, especially if you can pick one up when BB is running the 12 months/no interest promotion...no brainer!

I recently bought this laptop to replace my previous laptop and wow! This laptop has it all! It looks like a million bucks, super responsive on the touch screen, good key travel, great display, etc. I mean i could go on and on about how amazing this laptop is but you just have to try it for yourself. Recommend this to anyone looking for a solidly built laptop for everyday use.

I bought love this unit I have only had it a short time but everything works great, it’s super fast and fun to work on and no lag time. Makes me want to get the work done. Only thing I am not crazy about is the corners of the body are a bit sharp/blunt.

Love the keyboard that has a back light, perfect for night. Very fast and clear picture. Screen goes all the way to the edge which is great especially for watching netflix. No issues. Slender and light weight. I love it and highly recommend.

I love my new laptop. It is lightweight and easy to use. I do miss the built-in CD/DVD player and the ethernet port - the fact that I had to spend additional money to have the same features as previous laptops was aggravating.

This Laptop is by far my favorite all around laptop. Very easy to maneuver through and to set up and get going. Very pleased with the quality of the picture and sound. I am able to use it for my personal or even my School use.

Its a fast and great quality laptop. My only issues so far was that when i first got it, it had an overheating issue despite being used on the table, and that has resolved itself mostly. My only complaint is that the metal frame surrounding the ports are thin and seem to bend easily. I’ve flipped the laptop several times to use its touchscreen function and it has hit the table a couple times (difficult to avoid since the laptop is a bit big and clunky when flipping), but that has warped metal around my USB ports on both ends. The bottom cover has loosened a couple times as well and ive mostly just clipped it back together but it is not as tight as before. Overall could improve its durability.

Bought this as a second laptop of the family. The touchscreen works great. Best part is how fast/quickly it turns on from the moment you sign in, to when you open a browsers. Highly recommend this one.

Bought this for MY WIFE!! She has teeth as white as pearls and the... we like the laptop so far. If coach would’ve put me in we would’ve made states. I could throw a football over them mountains. Thank you for your time.

I love how fast it opens up my applications. I'm not too happy with the weight but that is what I had to sacrifice for a big screen I guess. I've also been having problems with finding a good pen that is compatible and work great with the screen,

I am enjoying my new laptop. The employee was very helpful at Best Buy that helped to explain the different laptops and their features. The laptop set up was easy. The speed, features and screen quality are great!

What an upgrade from my old computer. It is almost instantly ready after I switch it on. Programs run great and navigation is a breeze. The only drawback is the Dropbox demo software that is included.

Love everything about this laptop! The screen is a complete upgrade from my Macbook Pro, and so much cheaper! The keys are better than my Macbook's, and I just love how large the screen is (and that it's touch screen). I wish I would've dropped Apple sooner.

Love that it light weight, has camera on off key, like the 2in1 feature, the best is the light up key feature. Do wish it had 1TB memory instead of 8 GB and is to expensive for just 8 GB memory.
