Ordered this from Best Buy and received it earlier than we were told. Arrived in excellent shape and was packaged well. The computer had 75% charge so we were able to set it up right away. Cortana walkthrough the setup which took about 15 minutes. So far it has a clear screen and decent speakers. Wifi connects easily. Have not done much yet with other uses as this will be used at school.

I bought this for my fiancee for fashion school. They are running Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I put this laptop up against my Asus 2016 model and the color isn't as good as I think it should be. I read this somewhere as well but still took the chance because of the price and my fiancee isn't tech savvy. It works well for her needs.

I bought this laptop a little over a year ago. It's fast, easy to use, great battery life and I've had no issues with it, even after traveling multiple times with it by car and plane. I use this laptop for work, personal stuff as well as with my Cricut. Would definitely recommend this HP to anyone in the market for a laptop.

I've had this computer for less than two weeks and, in that time, it has refused to turn on twice and the mouse has frozen once (I had to press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to basically reset the computer each time). It also goes black once in a while when I switch between (what should be simple) tasks like internet and email. I'm not sure if my two internet add-ons are what are slowing it down, or if it is more of a processor problem, but it just isn't fast or reliable enough for me. The screen also isn't very bright, so it's hard to view outdoors. The good things about the computer are that it's very portable, the screen is a good size, and it recharges quickly. The swipe gestures and the touch screen are also great features. I also like the beveled edges on the screen that make it easy to open -- I've had other computers where the edges were flat and opening it was a real chore.

It's a great computer for all my son's school needs. It folds into a tablet so he is able to use it that way. It meets all his needs (processor speed, memory etc). It may need some more RAM later but that can be added easily. It's still early days to comment on it's durability and battery life but he likes it so far.

HP makes some of the best looking and functioning laptops out there. This one performs well and has more then enough power to do normal day to day tasks. Only complaint would be that the screen is not as bright as other laptops but not a deal breaker.

This computer just feels right for us. We tried the another HP Envy but really liked the black and lighted keys vs. the silver ones. Better for "older" eyes. This laptop suits our needs with storage and speed. We really enjoy being able to use it as a tablet as well.

The envy is overall a averge laptop. The battery charge doesn't last long which is unfortunate and the camera function is not easy to navigate. On the brightside the touchscreen feature is nice and the size of the computer screen is a plus.

This laptop does everything it's supposed to and does it very well. Fast start up. Programs open quickly. Multiple programs running without slowing down. SSD provides quick response. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the glare on the screen. A non-glare screen would make it perfect. Thanks HP!

This was a great deal; light and durable machine with great processing speed making it great for design and/or architecture work. Touch screen is great and super responsive making use a real joy to its owner. Design is also modern and streamlined yet nice solid feel. So far machine has been highly reliable and the envy of my friends.

HP has stepped it up recently. While this isn't on par with HP's Envy Iine, it's pretty close. It's more powerful than most similarly priced laptops having it's own GPU and a pretty good processor, so if you're looking for something to do some decent gaming and work on, I'd recommend it.

After having an issue with my gaming laptop, I switched to this one and it works great. I am currently using it for college courses and it works for quick projects and is light weight so it doesn't weigh down your bag.

I needed to get a new laptop as my old one just wasn't cutting it anymore. After a bit of quick researching, I landed on this little fellow. And hot diggity, I couldn't be happier. It's smaller, lighter, and faster (as new technology tends to be). Easy to use and the touchscreen is easy peasy lemon squeezy.

This was a very good deal the day I got it for $699...very good, no issues... will be upgrading memory to 32gb max and maybe 1tb hard drive ... which future proofs it for a few years.... bought HP 3 year warranty that covers anything and everything... so... overall... if you need a bigger screen and especially need to do office work with the greatest of ease with good portability... then get this especially if you find it on a good discount... really the only reason for not 5 stars is that it is a little heavy and weighs down a backpack slightly... but, can't always have everything perfect sometimes.
