It works well for school work and no other task. I use it for Netflix and funimation. The system has a start up problem where I'll have to hard reset the PC for it to work correctly. It has no stuttering and the touch screen works as advertised . I would buy it again.

Our old laptop crashed so was time to buy the wife a new one. It happened to be around her bday so figured why not. She loves all the upgrades she got with this laptop compared to her old one. Very fast, sure not the fastest but for her needs it is great. Good value for what you get.

This computer is meant for gaming and it does that perfectly. I have not gotten to upgrading the ram yet but even still this laptop has no trouble running online games with speed and performance. It is sized just right and even flips into a tablet mode. Great laptop for the price!

Ryzen 7, expandable RAM to 32GB, Vega Graphics, lightweight, and metal. What could you possibly not like about this laptop? I've looked endlessly for a good laptop, and I always come back to this one. Some may not care for HP, or AMD, but with modern manufacturing most everything is the exact same as far as reliability goes. I will say, that with all of the security issues on Intel platforms, and AMD being accused of the same security issues but not one single verification of this attack, AMD is the only natural choice for a processor. I'm awaiting an Envy with a 3rd generation Ryzen processor. As soon as that happens in a form factor this perfect, I'll be purchasing that and claiming it is the best laptop. But until then, dollar for dollar, this has no equal.

This laptop is lightweight with great amenities, backlight, touch screen, and lightweight. The only drawback is the fact is that there is only 1 usb so if your like me I need a at least 2 which means purchasing an adapter. Otherwise, a great laptop for the price.

Everything about this laptop is great. Aesthetically, it is beautiful. I love the keyboard and the spacing between the keys. It is back lit which is great for night-time use. So far I have experienced absolutely no hiccups or slow-downs. the screen is decent for the price. The cons: the fingerprint reader is absolutely useless. It works about 1 out of 10 times, and I am not exaggerating. 9 out of 10 times I end up having to use my PIN to log in to my account. It's mostly a nuisance and doesn't really affect the day-to-day use of the laptop but still, I paid for a fully functioning everything. Other than that, great laptop, but if you can find a similar one without the fingerprint reader at a lower price I'd say go for it, since the one on the HP Envy x360 practically doesn't work.

My only real disappointment is the hard drive isn't a bit larger with some extra RAM. It may not be critical but if your gaming I think it would be handy. 1TB of hard space and 12-16 RAM would make me give a 5 star.

The design is very sleek for hp and I love the deep charcoal color as well as the bright screen and backlit keyboard. The Ryzen setup works perfectly for all productivity usage, and even for some light gaming.

Got this predominantly for my kids school work and we love it! The touch screen feature and fingerprint lock are great and I like the added safety of being able to shut off the camera mode.

Got this to replace my old daily driver and haven’t had any problem with it since. Built in speakers work great and the backlit key with three modes is great for doing work.

This is a very nice computer. It has everything for my son that's starting college. It's fast and easy to use.

I was not looking to buy a PC, but the program I use for my business would not run on my Mac. Love the size and light weight versatility of the laptop.

Purchased this laptop roughly 3 weeks ago and I haven't stopped using it since then. I decided on this laptop because it has the 2-in-1 feature that has been very helpful for classes while also having the Ryzen 7 which has held up to the video games that I want to play. I will admit that I am not playing the latest and greatest games on the laptop, my PS4 does that, but it has had no problems running games like CIV 6 and newer Total War games. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Having bought a HP Envy x360 13" previously for travel and very happy with it, I decided to buy a 15" Envy so I can use as my home office PC. Great deal for the Price.
