Great looking laptop with a pretty nice all-around build. Runs great, especially with the Ryzen 7 processor, however, it is lacking a little in the RAM department. Otherwise, it will do everything you need it to and you can even squeeze in some light gaming if you're willing to sacrifice the graphics.

Fast, reliable, fingerprint security is very convenient.

I love the sound quality for listening to music and the edge to edge screen for streaming. There seems to be a glitch in that the screen will go dark for 1 or 2 seconds when I am opening up another page on the internet. So far it only lasts for that short period of time. Overall, I am happy with this laptop.

HP is my favorite when it comes to laptops. I wanted to try the 2 in 1 thing. I don’t use the tablet much but I guess it’s a nice feature. I was disappointed in the quality of the screen. Mine already is bowing on the outside of the screen.

I have been very satisfied with my HP laptop. The first HP I have ever owned. I have always had another brand of laptops, but my last two, I was very dissatisfied with. With recommendations from both my sister and sister-in-law I decided to make a switch to HP. Looking forward to many years of continued service with my new laptop.

This laptop has everything you need and more. Comes with a ton of interesting features to help take notes for classes, especially when coupled with a Bamboo pen. Excellent processor and graphics card. Has been running smoothly and no problems so far!

I needed a laptop for graduate school, but my initial plan was to purchase a cheaper laptop. The gentleman that helped me was very informative on the pros and cons in comparison to the price point. I’m so glad I made this purchase. It is easy to use, the design is nice, and it fits all of my needs for school.

Bought this for use at church for worship service lyrics. It works OK but is a bit touch-y (no pun intended) and settings have changed on their own at times. might be ok for a general use user, but will definitely look at other computers next time.

Great laptop for the price, I got it on a special deal, very upgradable friendly with the ram and SSD and the chassis doesn't not have any flex issues, all id recommend is for you to update your bios since the out of the box Bios is not optimized properly

This computer turns on quickly and loads web pages fast. Speed remains constant when multiple applucations ate open. Since it is a touch screen have had to learn not to touch the screen when pointing at sonething for others to view., especially if it is a link to another website.

I wanted to like this laptop... especially since I was experimenting in moving away from the Macbook line of laptops.... Unfortunately it didn't work out. The sound is great..,. fast boot up time... faster than my macbook air. The trackpad was kinda on the bad side.... But the biggest issue I had was that when I would switch to fullscreen when I'm watching videos online the screen would go black for a second or two... I thought it shut down on me at one point. also while web browsing a green/black pixelated bar came across the screen... It only happened once but that was more than enough reasons for me to return it. A lot of people like the laptop... I guess i had a bad one.

This computer has Been great. It has a very crisp, bright screen With touchscreen and A good speaker system. I like that it has so many USB/SD card slots and it’s great for design work. Nice, solid, metal construction and quick processor.

This is a great machine. You can use as is, or if you're handy with diy projects, you can add 16GB ( 1X16 DDR4 2400) and buy a 4k screen a you're all set.

I bought this laptop almost 4 weeks ago and it has been a major improvement from my old macbook pro! So far it has worked great and starts up super quickly! I haven't used it for school just yet, but I can already tell that it will work flawlessly.

While it was designed beautifully, and had many great features, it only lasted about 2 hours with minimal use. Even in sleep mode it would only last about 4 hours. After contacting HP they informed me that this laptop was assigned an undersized battery. If you plan to use it in areas where power outlets are always present, it may be ok, but if you want to take it on the go I cannot recommend.

Perfect computer for my daughter to start her high school years. Has everything that she will need. The price was just what we were wanting to spend. We are very happy with this computer.

I purchased this for my son for college last fall. At the time, this model fitted my price range and requirements. My son likes this laptop a lot and it has been working well for him. I think I made a good decision!

I bought this laptop a week ago; I'm an envy user since the past 3 years. I liked the 2018 model more than this model. it isn't much of an upgrade, the CPU is pretty similar to last years product. HP took out the IR camera (I guess to make it cheaper) so windows hello does not work. Audio on this laptop is terrible compared to last years model. im still checking with HP whether its my laptop or not. but there is a lot of cracking in the speakers. last year model had a quad speaker while this has a dual, I really don't know why HP did that. the sound on that laptop was amazing, even it you

This laptop has great screen resolution, amazing specs, and enough battery to allow you to do anything you need for college. I would recommend this product and buy it again!
