The laptop is easy to use for every day use. Touchscreen works well & is a crisp view. Windows 10 is a big improvement over version 8 which makes navigating the computer a breeze. Security features are up to date & fun to use; like "face recognition". Lightweight to carry & I enjoy the fully back-folding lid for flexibility in use.

I am not a techie at all but I had no problem setting this up. It is very easy to use, lightweight and a good value for the money. I even bought the extended warranty since we have pets who like to knock things over. Have wanted to try a different brand for a while and very glad I did so.

Great for sims games, i just hate they are making them without the dvd writer. I dont care if its thin. I want a laptop that i can do everything on, play dvds and game on it. If you dont want a dvd player on it.. Its a GREAT laptop works amazing. I may end up with this one because they are making them all for either gaming or dvd..and i can buy the writer to hook up to it but its like having a third wheel.

I've been leery of switching from Windows 7 to Windows 10. This computer had lots of self help built in.

Really cool laptop that turns into a smart app, it’s touch screen, and sleek. Price is good. Only reason it’s not five stars is because it is flimsy, the material is very delicate. If it gets dropped even once it will surely break or shatter unlike other laptops I have that are sturdy.

There are very few laptops out there that met my requirements. This one did. I was looking for these features: touch screen, backlit keyboard, temperature control (never get a hot lap again!), light weight, fast processor, and convertible (laptop + tablet).

The laptop is great for the price I paid. It's really heavy while in tablet mode so I use it alot less than I anticipated I would. But the touch screen is responsive and feels high quality. Edges are sharp, I scratched my rear view mirror moving the laptop while inside my car.
