This computer has an incredible amount of memory for the price. Got it on sale ($200 off), and couldn’t touch a computer with the memory this has for the price.

This is my second HP laptop and I'm very pleased with the backllit keyboard (first one didn't have it), as well as the lightweight feel of it. Great product!!

This is a very good 2 in 1 laptop. You can easily go from touch touchscreen to pad. It’s lightweight and thin which makes it easy to carry and store. Excellent product and price. We bought 3.

Overall performance is great, picture quality if fantastic. The only issue is if your are watching a video and then decide to rotate to a stand or tablet mode, the Windows start menu appears automatically over your video. Then the touchscreen does not seem to work at all times in this situation. This is a minor but it is still annoying enough to give it 4 stars. Will look to see if there is a fix or setting. The speakers are decent enough for watching movies, keyboard feels nice, touch pad better than most. I usually cannot stand touch pads but this one I like. This laptop is very quiet and the battery doesn't drain fast.

Perfect upgrade for me. Lots of processor power, 2-in-1 Is more useful than I expected (and I expected a lot), the lighted keyboard helps me remain productive while not bothering others with other room lighting, and the spring/touch action on the keyboard is top-notch. I'm a very fast typist and often transcribe from audio. Where my previous laptop slowed me down, the responsive keys on this laptop are very much improved. Great for my business work and am able to branch out my skill set into graphic design. Also, even with the small battery, the battery life gets me through an entire day of work and I'm comfortable with leaving the house or office without the power cord. Good job, HP and Best Buy.

This computer works for all my school needs. Best buy helped me choose what was right for me and took all the time that I needed for my purchase. I am satisfied :-)

I've been a faithful Acer customer for years until now so I was skeptical about getting HP. I don't regret my choice. This is really an excellent laptop: sleek, lightweight, and super fast.

Very pleased with this computer. Had always been a Dell user, but heard good things about HP. Took a leap of faith with this model, but couldn't be happier. Love the screen size and sharp resolution, back lit keyboard, and slim modern design. Easy to carry if not the lightest on the market. Some reviewers noted that the edges around the laptop can be rougher than expected and this is true, but not a disqualifier for me. Ok battery life, but I usually work near a plug anyway. Great home computer for correspondence, bills, internet-based activities. Don't stream music, so can't comment on Bang & Olefsen (sp?) speakers. Happy with this computer's performance.

I love this laptop! It's great for school. I love how you can fold it backwards and switch it to tablet mode. The touchscreen is a plus. It also runs very quiet, and doesn't get hot!

Bought this laptop for my husband. It works extremely well and is a beautiful laptop. The "yoga" ability of the laptop is great and allows us to use the laptop for client presentations.

Received this as a birthday gift. Really enjoying touch screen and tablet functionality, plus upgrade in memory and storage capacity along with processor speed have been big pluses.

I had this laptop for about 4 days and it started out great but there were a few things that bothered me enough to return it. First let me say that as far as a 2-in-1 laptop goes, it wasn't the worst but a fair warning to those who may not realize, this thing is heavy. This isn't necessarily the kind of laptop you want to carry around unless you have to because the weight shocked me the first time i picked it up. The next thing is when this device is being used in tablet mode, the corners are super sharp. I actually managed to give myself a pretty good scrape quite a few times while using this device so please be careful. Also, to touch on that, it's hard to find a protective case or cover to prevent scraping the corners. Accessories outside of a bag or carrying case and maybe a fan are slim pickings so if you like to "personalize" your devices, good luck. Another thing that bothered me and something I'm not sure of as brand dysfunction or just my device is whenever you pause a song or video for more than a minute, the sound cuts out for a few seconds. This happened a lot while I wore headphones but I'm not sure if it happens with just the speakers. Like I said before, the overall performance of the device is not bad. It's responsive and the writing and drawing is very smooth (I didn't have the device long enough to have the pen so someone else can be the judge of that). It also has a lot of storage and many apps that can take advantage of it's laptop mode as well as tablet mode. The touch screen was a bit bothersome at times when switching from tablet mode to laptop mode but other than those few nuances, it wasn't terrible. I do recommend a keyboard cover, if you happen to find one, to protect the LED keys but it's difficult to find on for this particular model.
