Great computer. I bought it for my mother and she loves it. It is quite fast and she likes the touchscreen. The quality is unlike any brand, it is sturdy and not cheap feeling.

This computer has protection for overheating and hard drive problems. If the computer over heats or the hard drive has problems the sensors shut the. Computer or hard drive down.

was easy to start up. Neither of the two witless mice I had would work????? I really really don't like having to log onto my computer at home. In the old days I could just start my computer..NOT ANY MORE have to have a password and people know my as my name is on the computer...BAD BAD BAD. But ow darn thats 2017.

This is a GREAT Laptop ! The versatility as far as going from laptop, tablet or aisle is just what I needed for my work and Art. The speed and overall clarity of the screen is vivid as well. QUICK login ability with overall security & includes plenty of storage for what I do. The ONLY thing is that I think when offering touch screen ability and the Art program on the HP systems, that HP would consider giving the Stylus with the laptop purchase. This laptop requires a separate purchase of the two button stylus I needed for Art program, where other HP laps included the stylus pen with lap purchase. Overall, GREAT INVESTMENT !!!

This laptop is really a great investment. One of the most important features for me was the 2 in 1 aspect. I could open and work on it like a regular laptop but then I can switch to tablet mode if doing a presentation or put it to stand if watching a movie. It came with lots of storage space. I have lots of pictures on my phone and needed to save them to my computer without using all of my storage. This happened to me before and it killed the performance on my laptop due to not having much space left. It's very fast and I'm able to do so much at once. I searched for a great laptop and this one has not disappointed me yet.

Best Buy should have offered a tutorial on operating systems and how to navigate/change settings. I have had 2 problems with software. One was I was not shown how to take computer out of sleep mode(Geek Squad said to never use this) and also had a Windows problem where I could not get computer to turn on.

I really like the speed of this lap top and it’s light weight just the right size for my college classes love the touch screen the silver color is a great sleek look

I recently purchased the HP - ENVY x360. I love the product! The fact that it is a touchscreen combined with a 360 view makes my daily tasks a lot more easier. The only thing I would have to say is a con about the computer is that there is no light when you press on the number lock so you can't figure out when the number lock is actually on. Once you press on the number lock pad though, it stays on even after you log off and log back in. I really enjoy all the features this computer has to offer. It has great graphics, great sound audio and highly durable for all my day to day tasks.

Needed a new laptop with more up to date things for college classes and this has all I need and very helpful. It is a great system and 2 in1 is great especially the pen to write on it too.

Well i got ut for 650 plus tax and i think it use to cost more than that so for the specs it has and that price u think it was very good, pc work very well :)

I love how easy it is to use and how fast it is. I also like the option of having the stylus so that I can have signatures saved on important documents.

I needed a learning curve from Windows 7 to 10. Otherwise runs smoothly. I like the lighted keyboard also. Battery life seems to be a bit longer than the old one. Is fast!

I purchased the HP Envy for work and personal use. I look at charts during the day and research in my free time. It boots up quickly so that I can get to working without delay. The number keyboard is essential for my job. The screen is clear and large enough to see the information I need to find. It has the touchscreen option which is helpful if you choose to use it. The added bonus of the light up keyboard spoiled me. I like mine so much that I recommended it for my daughter who was headed to college.

I love my new laptop. It's touch screen, foldable and very fast. It does all the things and more I was looking for in a lap top thanks Best Buy !

Have been looking at computers for a while and ultimately decided on this one. Good price, very fast and lots of storage. Easy set up as well.

This device was very easy to set up. It is sleek and powers up quickly. The backlit keys are a plus. So far, I am pleased with this purchase.

The last laptop I had was from college and about 10 years old, so I was looking for an upgrade. I read reviews online and checked this one out in the store. It was on sale for a good price when I bought it and included more features than I really needed. But now that I’ve had it for a few months I’ve loved everything this came with and have found it to be perfect for everything I need. I use it for light gaming, lots of office work and some photo editing. Works great for everything I need and I love the touchscreen.

This is my first laptop computer, and I could not be happier. We have a HP desktop which has been super, and so far this ENVY has been great. No problems, and it does everything I need it to do. The price was super, as it was on sale.
