OK, This computer does every thing but my dishes. It has so much involved with it, I still don't know how to work it. This is my first lap top. I usually purchase desk tops, but this time I wanted to be able to go mobile with my computer. Well, so far to say I haven't taken it any where with me cause I need help figuring out how to work windows 10. Therefore I sit ignorant with my new computer. IT Sucks. Otherwise I think the computer is awesome.

I would have given in 5 stars, but it has a pop-up (re: the AC Adapter that came w/it) EVERY time I turn it on! Other than that nuisance, it's really a great laptop.

Have had this for about a month now. Functionally I haven’t had any problems with it and I enjoy using it. I was a bit hesitant about getting this model due to the lack of a cd/dvd drive and I was going back and forth between a model that was lower level than this one because it did have the drive. I have had to go to a different computer to copy items from a disc to flash drive a couple times which Is slightly vexing. We do have an external dvd drive, but we share it between 2 of us and it defeats the purpose of having a lighter weight portable computer if you have to lug around external gear when traveling. But the need to use the drive has probably been a bit heavier than normal so far, what with getting everything set up on a new computer and such, so it hasn’t caused me to completely hate the computer yet :) I do like the metal case on the unit and it feels sturdy. The only other “issue” I’ve run across (which is more of a design thing that may just be an issue for me personally, lol)... it’s got 3 USB ports. One of the older style on both the left and the right towards the hinge side. All good there, though I’m used to having 2 on each side of my old computer. The USB-C, though, is in the middle of the right side, which I’ve already run across problems with the location of. I don’t have to use a network cable very often but the need does sometimes arise. Since the computer doesn’t have a built in port (which totally didn’t even enter into my mind to check when shopping), I got a combination USB hub/network adapter thing. Since the computer had the USB-c port I got that style for the potentially faster speed, not taking into account the location of the port. Trying to use a right-handed mouse while the thing is plugged in requires a bit of dongle and cable wrangling to avoid things all running into each other. It’s probably not a big issue for most users, but I thought I’d point it out anyway.

Only had laptop 2 weeks. So far it is outstanding. graphics are stunning. 2 in 1 laptop is very functional.

I love my laptop. It is very easy to use and is very easy change from tablet version to laptop version.

Lovely design. Fast computer with great specs. The only problems I have are the sharp corners when you use it in tablet mode, and the very big glare on the screen. So you pretty much have to use it in the dark. I did a lot of research and I'm overall very happy with my decision. However I'm not sure if I will have a laptop shipped from Best Buy again. I received it in a box about five times the size of the laptop and it was banging around loosely in the shipping box. Yikes!

This HP laptop converts to a tablet very easily, and is easy to use in both positions. I really like the layout and feel of the keyboard in laptop mode. The sound quality is good, and so far the speed has been impressive, in terms of how quickly it boots up and moves between programs. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks so I haven’t really put it too much of a test yet. Although it’s large in size it is relatively light.

This laptop computer is very fast. It has everything you need and you can write on the screen!

Should have bought this sooner, very helpful with things I need to do to make my daily life easier.

Bought this for my wife as her laptop was dyeing a slow and painful death. We stopped at BB and looked around. The staff was helpful and she had it narrowed down to this and one other, and chose the HP. She has been using it for a month now and no complaints...and that is real good!! LOL. Nice battery life and screen display. She has yet to use it in tablet mode and not sure she will. All in all, she is quite happy with it.

I love that it has a touch screen. Lots of space and pretty fast. Lots of room to download pics.

The display is really sharp and the 2 in 1 is a nice feature. Still getting used to Windows 10 seems like it will be a long learning curve. Number one complaint HP power cord pop up,why it’s brand new!

I love the versatility of laptop/tablet convenience. I really like the backlit keyboard feature

This HP model is performing great. Has not disappointed us. It is fast and plenty of memory.

I got this laptop as a gift and it has been super great, it isnt slow, its very cheek and nice looking, love that the keyboard lights up, i use this laptop for my schooling and havent had any problems with storage, it has so mich space, the only concern i have is the when using it as a tablet mode, the screen kind if reaponses slow, barelt use the tablet mode though , would highly recommend this laptop
