    I purchased this HP laptop to replace a 5 year old HP laptop. The nice thing about this laptop is the touch screen. Although the screen is the same size as the prior laptop, the actual device is smaller and lighter, which is nice. The laptop performs the functions I need to do very well.

    We compared laptops with and without touch screen and found the HP Envy touch-screen to have the best value for the price. In addition to it's sleek design, touch screen feature it turns into a tablet so that he could take notes. There are more features to this 2 in1 laptop, I highly recommend you check it out. Best Buy provided excellent customer service!

    Simple to use, nice backlit keyboard. facial recognition doesn't work most of the time so that's a bit frustrating and when i shut it down it seems to take a really long time to update so don't like that either but it's probably because I only know the bare minimum about computers. overall, good product
