Great Laptop, good screen, fast processor and lots of RAM. But the hard drive is super slow. Also the upgrade process for the hard drive to SSD is a pain, with hidden screws and many clips to release. Overall good laptop, wouldn't recommend the more expensive model with SSD.

This is the first laptop I've owned and I love everything about it the speed how it multi tasks

So I bought the laptop about a month ago because the one I currently had (also an HP) had a battery retention problem. I got this one after reading the reviews, some other reviews trough google and talking with the sales man. I love the computer. I use it mostly for school and the 2 n 1 makes note taking and keeping up with things in class super efficient. The only downfalls that I have with the computer are the battery life and as of recent it has been going blank with the screen after the photo recognition unlocks the account. I didn't read any reviews about this happening, so I don't know if this is a once in a lifetime thing or if it is something I'll have to go see either geek squad about. Other than those two dilemmas I really do love this computer and I don't think I could have made a better investment besides getting the one that is the next memory gig up & has a faster processing system.

Great computer but it has had some issues. It will sometimes freeze when you log in.

I bought this to replace an old Dell laptop which was dying! I love the look of the laptop and the touchscreen is very easy to learn to use. The memory is great. The laptop does so many things that my old Dell did not so there are a lot of things that I have to still learn!

Laptop is lightweight and very thin. I love the side number key pad, the fact that I can flip it over and use it as a tablet, and the facial recognition. Being in a shared dorm with 10 girls, the facial recognition is a very convenient and secure feature!

Bought this for work. Key board has easy lay out. Quick processor and light.

I bought this computer for my daughter... her old one crashed right at the beginning of her fall semester so needed one right away! I did quite a bit of research in a short amount of time to find one that had the memory she'd need to do research, access programs, take online classes & tests and be durable enough to withstand being toted around in a college backpack. She loves this computer and has had no issues with it failing to do exactly what she needs it to. We did get it on sale so that was a big plus along with the quick delivery from Best Buy! I was originally going to purchase a cheaper computer from another company but the computer didn't work, delivery was slow, their customer service & return policy was horrible... I took a slight loss, had to wait forever for them to refund my money but in the meantime, I went to good old reliable Best Buy and had no problems at all. Thank you!!

It's a great laptop. I'm very pleased with it. I will recommend this laptop to others.

This is a nice 2in1. Full metal chassis so when you hold it, it doesnt flex or creak like plastic. Overall, snappy once the bloatwear is removed and the sart up is optimized. Touchscreen is a nice feature.
