    Good laptop, but it stopped working after 11 days. Geek Squad was great and return when smoothly. Bad drivers.

    I am very satisfied with this purchase. The hinges are very sturdy but at the same time i am able to open it with just one hand. The audio quality is really good for a laptop. Battery life is fantastic as it is able to last me whole day with light to moderate usage. My cons would be the facial recognition software sometimes wont recognize my face and recent Microsoft windows update made HP products boot time to desktop a nightmare but it was resolved by an HP update.
