My very first touch screen, can use it as a desk top or a tablet, very, very nice system

A versatile, lightweight laptop with lots of bang for the buck. Priced right at Best Buy.

I waited so many years to finally own a nice lap top and i love it so far. It has a nice screen (touch screen) it has the back light keyboard so you can see the keys as your typing late at night. It has nice sound quality. I haven't found anything yet that i don't like.

We bought this in August of 2017 and with the last update to the windows 10 system it would crash and not install. After several rounds with HP they finally told us that we would have to PAY for a higher level of support to fix the issue with our 3 month old PC/tablet. We refused to pay for something that was an issue for something so new. We restored the system back to factory reset and all the updates installed with no problem and the software is now working. Extremely disappointed with HPs lack of support with their product since we were having issues with things not working since month two. That has left a bad taste in our mouths to never buy HP again if they won’t support their products. We liked that this was a nice sized tablet or PC and the Bamboo pen we bought works well. It took some time to adjust to tablet or laptop and that the touch screen was always “on”. It works well when it’s not bugging out from Microsoft updates. Pen is very responsive and cool to use for drawing or note taking.

I got this to replace my desktop computer. I didn't use my computer for too much these days (accessing my bank account and storing photos), so I just needed something to cover those basic needs, while giving me the mobility to not have to hole up in my bedroom when I need to do something. The touch screen is great, and I find myself using this a lot more than I ever used my desktop.

I use my laptop for everything now! Before I had a two in one it was a hassle to do things like read and watch netflix comfortably on a laptop, but now I barely print out documents for class because I have a way to comfortably read in bed or in class or anywhere really. It's reallllyyyyyyy convenient and I don't have any complaints after nearly two months of everyday use.

No doubt it's a best pc for this price, but you've to compromise on weight because it's on heavy side. Else everything is awesome. Enjoy

I was in the market for a new laptop and something that can be written on with the new Microsoft ink. This laptop delivers in every aspect. It's fast, sleek looking and pretty decent battery life. I'm using it for a lot of Microsoft office applications and screen capturing. Screen resolution is great and the touch aspect is very responsive. I have it pair with the Bamboo stylus and it too works like a dream. Also this thing came with relatively low amounts of "bloat ware" which is nice. Out of the box this laptop delivered and is still going strong. Highly recommend especially if you can get it on sale like I did.

Previously purchased an HP ENVY TouchSmart m6 Sleekbook in Dec 2013 which was an excellent product until I spilled coffee over the keyboard in Sept 2017. Researched other products from different companies with potentially the same or better reliability and looked for a smaller screen, ~ 13 inch instead of the 15 inch. Found a couple but they were not readily available and I was too impatient to wait to get one. This ENVY was available, so I put my smaller screen criteria behind having a computer I could get immediately and was pretty confident with its reliability. I also was not crazy about the silver colored keyboard, but I have gotten over that. The keyboard has backlighting, so that takes care of the visual issue I was concerned about. So far works great.

1. Screen resolution is good and viewing angle is fine 2. 2 in 1, both laptop mode and tablet mode are okay but sometimes delay in converting from tablet to laptop 3. Sleep to awake has some glitches but works fine most of the times 4. Processor is supporting all software(Haven’t used any high performance programs).

I really liked this laptop. Everything is in perfect till now however sometimes the noise of the fan gets too loud which is annoying. Overall perfect for students. The weight of the laptop is around 4-5 pounds. I found really heavy taking to class with chargers. i hope it works perfectly without any issues near future.

Needed a computer badly, wanted a MacPro - after looking Around the store I found one that was within my price range and it had all the items I needed it have a backlit keyboard and excellent display I would recommend this computer to anyone now my daughter wants one to excellent purchase so happy I bought it

Long battery life, lightweight, and very well built.

I was hesitant about getting a 15.6 laptop because I thought it was too big scene that I was using it for home made it easier to make that decision as I don’t use this to travel often this was a perfect choice HD screen touchscreen backlit display not heavy great laptop overall

Per as usual, HP is the best. I can't tell how many HP calculators I had before computers were thought of. I paid a little more money for this laptop then ones before but so worth it. Long battery life, speed, 2-way usage, and huge storage space all make this the best ever.

Computer is compatible with Microsoft Ink, so it will allow to be written on. Love the touch screen feature, along with the ability to flip screen into a tablet for taking notes and drawing picture. Best of all it is up to date with features and a great price as well.

I need power, speed and portability and reliability in a laptop in order to function well at my job. This unit provides all three. I've grown to depend on HP and they've not let me down. Plenty of additional bells and whistles to grow with (and to play with)!

This laptop is great, it’s thin it’s fast and the touch screen is amazing. I just wish it swiveled out to use it in tablet mode Bc it’s hard to place it on the table when the keyboard is faced down but other than that it’s a great laptop!
