    I bought this laptop because I figured HP was better than dell ( dell has horrible customer service) But only after 2 weeks of having this computer there was a software error not letting me load my computer past the black start up screen. Upon reading other reviews.. apparently this is a common problem and u need to just system restore your computer. But who wants to have to system restore their computer ?! Prob number 2 is.. I hate updates. I feel like they always break my computer. Which is why I feel I got the black screeen... cuz it updated then restarted... But after the system restore I turned off the updates... but apparently the computer makes you update weather u like it or not when you shut down Because the only options to shut down. Was " sleep" " update and restart" "shutdown and restart" .... apparently it didn't get the memo.. I dont want ur devil updates hp!! And I'm not a dan of windows 10. But that's just me being an old soul that loved windows 7. But other than that drama.. Cortana is a cat person And the computer looks badass, and everything else is awesome.

    Got this for my wife who's previous laptop was loud and took forever to do simple things. Comes with a good size RAM, hard drive and processor which helps with the loading speed and multi program usage. The touch screen and 180 foldable feature is neat. The bad thing is the amount of bloatware which is why this got 4 stars but they can be removed if you know how
