Be it watching videos, studying for the big exam, or playing a well-earned hour of gaming, I love the numerous features I experience using this laptop. Its tablet mode especially comes in handy for studying and with a pen, notetaking has never been easier.

I purchased this for my daughter for college. After 1 week of usage, there is a vertical line in the screen. I know this is a screen defect - however, it is brand new and the turnaround time for repair is now 6 weeks. RIdiculous!!!!!!!!

I bought the laptop about 3 weeks ago and I have been pleased with it. It is enough for what we use it for and the graphics and display is nice. I enjoy having the numeric key pad on the right

The salesman was excellent in helping me choose which HP computer I needed. I purchase the HP Envyx360 and I love it. I also needed a DVD burner and he reommended one that I really like, the LG Blue-Ray Disc Burner with the CyberLink Media Suite.

My husband returned to college and he loves his laptop. My only complaint is there is no disc player - which I'm told is common in new laptops. So if you want a disc player, then the product probably won't be the best option for you.

I'm enjoying the new laptop, which has been a life saver for me, since I rely on Quicken to keep track of my spending. I also like the Windows 10 OS being that it is my first time using it. It appears to be a well organized OS.

Overall it is a good computer. The bamboo pen does not work with the screen but the computer does what you need it to. There are some glitches here and there but it will fix itself eventually.

I purchased this computer for my wife - great space & speed for what she needed. However, the computer kept dropping our home WiFi connection as well as our HP printer - none of the other computers in our house had this issue. In addition, the trackpad kept deactivating - I understand there are shortcuts on the trackpad to initiate this, but my wife kept inadvertently deactivating it which caused a lot of frustration & time to resolve. She was previously a Mac user and so with the problems above, we exchanged this computer for a MacBook Air. She reminds me often that she is thankful we went back to a MacBook.

I wanted a laptop that would allow my son to play video games, stream videos, and provide the word processing that I need for work and home. This laptop does all of these tasks with no problems. I am completely satisfied.

Great computer, a little heavy, however very solid build, it's fast and very pleased with the purchase, we have 2 HP's and 2 Asus, for us the HP's seem to be a little faster and feel a little more solid

This item is everything that I need in a laptop. Sound, image, and overall quality is great! I bought this laptop specifically for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and it works very well. No complaints!

Had trouble staying logged in to the internet . Come to fine out that the router that the internet company provided was the problem. Bought and replaced it and have had no problem since.

This laptop does everything I need for when I am on the road traveling. Spend winters in Florida and will use it in place of desktop. It is working out well with all of my files and office programs.

everything is working well so far. Disappointed that the "pen" on display with the item was not included (should have read everything more closely, it was noted in the printed info).

I was a little skeptical about buying a laptop that was not a Mac...however, the staff member thoroughly explained and answered my questions and helped me decide in the best laptop for my family.

I have had this for about 6 weeks now and I'm going to have to go visit Best Buy. I needed a new laptop and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg so this one was about right in the middle. It gets the job done for what I need it for but as of yesterday it's acting funny. Don't expect a 6 week old laptop to already have problems with it. I also don't like the fact that there is no light for the number lock like my old one had. Other than that I do like this laptop. I will recommend it if they can fix the issue otherwise no.

Computer was everything was looking for. I am setting up my own office after needing to leave my equipment in my previous job. Computer is a big help and makes my office complete.

Bought this for my son for college and he loves it so far. Very powerful and the ability to use as a laptop or a tablet was very appealing to us. Expecting great things. so far it's awesome.

Seems ok other than a couple of things a little slower than I like booting up and the camera recognition is a joke in the multiple times I signed in it only recognized me once

Great computer and easy to travel with. Keyboard is slightly off from my Mac so when I go between the two I need to make sure that the fingers are on the right keys.
