    I bought an open box laptop. The computer kept saying that I needed to download the drive to be able to connect to the internet. I took it to Geek Squad and the technician did something that should have worked. When I got home, it didn't. So, when I got back to Best Buys, it was decided that I should return the laptop and get another.
