We previously had a Toshiba Satelitte and it had seen better days. It worked well for the first 10 years plus, but it was time to upgrade. My wife loves it. I only have gotten to use it twice, so it is hard for me to give a personal review. My wife uses it every day and always thanks me when I walk in the room...Win Win if you ask me.

It's a great laptop that's worked well in the year I've had it. It has a flexible touch screen that can be used as a large tablet, or flipped so that it stands up to play movies/video. It has a pen you can buy for it I think, but I never did. One thing I dislike is that the camera is a bit wonky - I show up purple! However, I only recently discovered this as I don't use the camera. Otherwise, it's fairly lightweight and carries well in a properly-sized backpack, isn't very loud, and moves quickly. I use it primarily for word processing (I use various writing programs), digital art (hobby), and video/movie watching. I don't regret the purchase at all.

Bought this HP envy x360 1 and half months ago. When the laptop arrived it was working smooth, however after few days it started to make noise. I tried to find on HP forum if someone else is having same issue and came to know that there are many people who are facing this issue. After reading and finding similarity between many post on HP forum I conclude that it is the hard drive from where the noise is coming from. If you want to save yourself from lot of trouble.....then just don't buy HP laptop. HP should stick to what they are good at....making printers.

I needed a laptop for work, home and for school. I am not a gamer and I don't typically watch videos or movies on laptop. I found this as an open box item, the reviews were good, the sales person at Best Buy was very helpful and I have really enjoyed it. Its quick, has a great sound system, display is nice and I love the touchscreen. Easily synced to all my clouds and has been fantastic for my school projects. Easy to use and set up. My only negative is its a little heavier to carry than I prefer but really am thrilled with my purchase.

I LOVE this laptop. Keyboard lights up, it's a touch screen, and fairly light weight. The only thing I just realized, is that it does not have a CD/DVD drive. But, I do have an external one. I love it!

As an Accounting major in college, I wanted a new laptop that could handle using large files. This product by far is able to handle it. Extremely quick and gets the job done. When it comes to entertainment, speakers are amazing for the product, and screen is beautiful. My best purchase of 2017, by far.

I've had my HP Envy 2-in-1 for about 4 weeks now. So far, no issues. Light in weight which I like because I'm a college student and will be carrying this around. The keys are comfortable. I liked this that this model has the 10-key. Touch screen is really easy to use. the only thing that is annoyed me so far is the face recognition for logging in. It doesn't seem to ever recognize my face. (no I didn't have a ton of make-up when setting it up). My last HP laptop lasted me 5 years and I'm confident this one will last longer.

I love my new hp envy. It has everything I need in one laptop love how it can go from a laptop to a touch scream tablet and it talks to you. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I'm very happy with the performance, touch screen and tablet mode of this laptop. I was most concerned about the touchscreen. It works for me all the way to the edges. It has a little tool box that comes up sometimes that gets in the way. But all in all, I've been very impressed with this PC particularly since I'm not patient with technology. It's pretty fast for what I need and I haven't had any lagging (wheel of death) or blue screens. The Tablet mode for this PC is Awesome! I didn't even realize how much I would love it. It wasn't a consideration for me when I was buying it. It was a bonus in my opinion. Great PC!

This HP has the power and the speed to do all of the functions in my business. Its battery life lasts the entire day even with multiple apps opens and continuous web browsing.

When my current computer crashed right before the start of the school year (I'm a high school math teacher), I was rushed to find a laptop. I knew I wanted a laptop with a number pad and a touchscreen, but I wasn't too picky on anything else. While this computer is more tech-savvy than I had first intended it to be, I am so impressed with it! I've used the Bamboo touchscreen pen and the Xbox Screen Recorder to make videos for my students to watch. I've had it a little more than a month now and it's fantastic quality and does exactly what I need it to with amazing graphics and technology! It's quick to start up and is fast overall.

I am enjoying my new laptop for about two weeks now. It has great speed, enough storage and excellent design. Why I didn’t give 5 Stars was due to many useless apps that were included and lack of great apps in window store compared to apple store.

This is a good laptop, but a little on the bulky side. I actually had to exchange the first one because of a screen issue where it would not display anything on startup. I only use it for basic computing functions but it works fine for that.

I've been using this laptop for a few months now and it's been great so far. I primarily use it for school but I also use it at home a lot as well or when I go out. The 7th generation i5 processor is better than I could've imagined and the 12gb of memory really do help when it comes to multitasking. This laptop is advertised to have 10 hours of battery life and I think if you keep it in standby mode in between uses that's accurate but for continuous use i think 6/7 hours is more accurate. Overall would recommend and glad I went with this instead of the entry level Macbook Air.

It's really nice I use it in class to take notes with and it's great bc I can switch it to a tablet and write with the pen or keep it as a computer and type

This lap top is everything I wish it would be. It opens just like a lap top and all the way for a tablet. It is also touch screen. Dream come true.

Transitioning from Windows XP on a desktop to Windows 10 on a laptop was so much easier than I anticipated. The HP Envy is sleek, light and easily portable. The tablet mode is a bonus. I have mo hesitation recommending it to a computer novice or expert.
