This labtop is wonderful, it preformed perfectly. And by doing so, I was able to do any and all assignments for my college classes. Not to mention, I completed my first semester in college with all As because of how useful it was to have this labtop!

I am used to buying laptops with less gigabytes due to the cheaper price. This is my first "splurge" laptop and I am happy with my purchase. I believe this laptop will last me a lot longer and definitely runs a lot better. The one downside though is that the price is more expensive than my other laptops and like I mentioned that the only "major" upside is the speed and running smoother. Definitely would recommend this laptop if you are looking for something that runs well and is affordable for the most part.

we've switched from Dell to HP Envy in our office. This is the 3rd one and they're all great machines. The switch to tablet is a popular feature with the sales people too. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, dependable machine.

Our old laptop was a 7 year old HP. Needless to see there have been a lot of improvements. We love the processor speed, clarity of graphics and current Microsoft operating system. I'd definitely recommend this computer for general home/office use.

4 stars because of it's issues after updating it. Had to contact geek squad a few times and wait 15 mins after restart because of the black screen. It seems that the update has been corrected no issues now and it runs smoothly.

I brought home 2 different laptops before getting this one and I must say that I love this laptop. Only con is that it didn't come with DVD player.

Great features on this P.C. Love the clarity of the monitor and the Backlit keyboard. Everything I expected and love the 2 in one features.

It is a good laptop for the price. The touch screen works well and is great for using in tablet mode for digital art.

Went into Best Buy trying to get my other laptop fixed. It was old enough an not worth it to repair. The salesman spent a couple of hrs with me going over everything an helping me find the computer for me. I love it.

Did a good bit of comparison in the store and picked this machine. It was a good balance of machine vs. price. Really wish the companies would stop filling computers with so much junk software though.

If you're looking for a decent laptop, this is for you. I really hate this windows 10, but that has nothing to do with HP. I hate that we are basically renting software like office, etc. That's total BS! Just for that, I'm finally looking at the apple products. This laptop doesn't seem to have much on it from the store, so plan on buying much more. Consider that in the price.

Love this HP laptop. Had a Dell but returned due to all the preinstalled garbage. Best Wi-Fi signal came from this HP at 400mb compared to the Dell at 60mb. Very controlled comparison as both were brand new.

I am able to use ActivInspire do create my flipcharts for work. I had a Mac previously and it distorted my flips when I used them on a Dell at work-the camera tool didn't work well either. Love my new HP.

So far this computer has worked great for all my needs. I work a lot from home and I'v not had any issues connecting to my work server. I also download a lot of pictures and it has been great for that.

I do not like the on switch - too small and and hard to press. I also do not like the keypad as it is hard to read the symbols. Otherwise I like the computer, win 10 and the touch screen.

Got this as a replacement from an accident, found out that this system was better than the previous purchased. Fast, efficient, and had a few hiccups when updating, otherwise great multiuser system.

HP did a great job on this one. It's thin, though doesn't weigh as light as you would think, but still easily portable. New Windows 10 on it is nice and much more user friendly.

I'm so happy with this laptop, it has everything I could ask for and more. It's light weight, amazing clarity on the screens picture, back lit keyboard, fast speed processor, it's great..

I love the touch screen. Computer is fast. I’ve not experienced problems. It is reliable.
