    The laptop has been a great addition to our office. The only problem that I have is their is no eithernet connection on the device. The WiFi I have isn't the best and have trouble connecting to or getting enough bars.

    Can’t keep connection

    I've only had this laptop for a few months and I've been experiencing problems with holding a connection no matter what WiFi service I'm connected to. There's also an issue with my sound. I'm not sure if it's an issue with hp or Best Buy but I'll never buy another laptop like the one I've again. It's a waste of $800.

    original purchase an Acer yoga which had an issue with the graphic connection so return to swap out, replace with HP as the hinge construction is far superior. also the additional SD card slot is great to add storage space.

    The computer had problems connecting to WiFi. Attempted many times with help of HP support. They suggested I send the computer to them and I decided to return it instead. I won't buy another HP computer.

    When I first tried to connect to the internet at home after purchasing this computer it wouldn't connect. I called Geek Squad to get help and they said there was an issue with my particular computer and to return it for an exchange. I am purchasing the same one in the hope it will not have any problems. I am not recommending it to a friend because of this computer purchase but hopefully it was a fluke and the new one will work properly.

    Glass Screen Shatters on the slightest Impact!!

    Within a few weeks of me purchasing this laptop, the glass screen cracked between the two hinges that connect the keyboard to the screen. There is no support between these two hinges which means the play is enough to crack the screen. This also impacts the performance of the laptop as the digitizer sends now sends mixed signals to the computer. After replacing the screen with a genuine HP replacement at a cost of $500, the screen cracked again within a week. Buyer beware, this product is not designed or built to last
