I got this laptop for working remotely during the covid-19 crisis and it has been a life saver! Very easy to navigate love how soft the keyboard is and how big the screen is I usually use dual screens at work and being able to split this screen by 4 has been extremely helpful!

The geek squad was very helpful in providing input and choosing my new laptop and the services they provided to install the new software and address any questions that I had with the transfer from my old computer. Came back later and they were helpful installing my bookmarks.

This laptop is sleek, with a user=friendly expanded keyboard. Picture quality is great - crisp, well-defined, bright colors. Everything loads quickly. Haven't experienced any issues so far. Last laptop was an ASUS and I did have issues with it, so this is an upgrade.

I lucked up and purchased this laptop, on sale. It was just what I needed and the right size. The previous one was large and bulky although it did have a large carry case. But this one is updated with 8GB Memory-256GB SSD and 16GB Optane. I can do so much more.

After first purchasing a Lenovo laptop at the suggestion of a salesman I was forced to return it because it didn't work properly. A Geek Squad tech suggested an HP which was slightly more expensive. It was money well spent as this machine is faster and easier to use.

I needed to upgrade my old laptop. My needs are basic since I use this for mainly for work related functions so mostly Microsoft Suite and email. I wanted to stay with an intel processor and also a 15in screen. This laptop was perfect for my needs.

I have really enjoyed my new laptop I guess because it’s my first one. I’ve always had desk tops which of course is limited to one location. I enjoy this envy because of all of the great features. My only regret is that I didn’t get a larger hard drive.

My 10yo asked for a computer for Christmas so she could learn to type and do graphic design. This computer has been amazing for her beginning stages. Her design eye has been enhanced and she is beginning to venture into new design territory.

This is a great laptop for those who are looking for something in the middle of the pact. Not too of the line because I didn’t need that but more power than a beginner. Great picture clarity, back lit keyboard is a plus and it’s fast for my needs.
