    I like to screen size and the fingerprint easy sign in but should have spent the extra money for the faster version. This purchase was to replace a 2 year old HP Envy who's harddrive just completely crashed and burned leaving me without a laptop....The HP support team was a JOKE... And BEST BUY would not take the trade in. I am giving HP & BEST BUY 1 last chance to keep me as a customer. Underwhelmed with the service, support and product.
