I bought this laptop for grad school and it’s been great. It was easy to set up. The touch screen and finger scanner are very reactive. Battery life is good. I also appreciate the numerical keypad. It’s very handy when working on spreadsheets, but the computer is not cumbersome like some larger laptops with the keypad.

I love this laptop. I use it for everything. watching movies, games to my card crafting designing. Have had it about a month now. Love the soft backlight keyboard since I work sometimes at night and its super lightweight both a real plus. Would recommend.

I am not really much of tech wiz but this laptop was so easy to set up and really simple to operate. It didn't take long to set up, directions were easy to follow and understand. It's fast, the keyboard feels great, and there are excellent programs included that are already installed. So happy with this purchase. It seems to be priced just right for what it offers.

I bought this laptop for college and it works great. My favorite feature is that the screen folds back and into a tablet. I can go from reading online course books to typing documents to flipping it into a tablet to stream shows. The touch screen option is great for quick searches. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased this computer for my son for virtual schooling during covid, it has great storage capacity, it’s also light weight and holds a decent amount of battery life while not charging. You can flip the screen flat to allow to draw on the computer, which is my favorite feature.

Very slim, amazing battery life, the SSD is super fast, instant boot up time, and the touch screen is amazing. The fingerprint reader to log-in is very convenient, and the Bang & Olufsen speakers sound really good, as well as the back-lit keyboard is a huge plus. Very happy with my purchase.

Great laptop that easily rivals apple and chrome book. Easy to use, looks good and provides great sound and pictures. Love to use for school work and entertainment. Folds in half to use as a tablet as well. Good battery life and is also touch screen.

So there is beginners intermediate and professional like graphic designers. I needed something with a lot of memory and it was a great price and 100$ off for being a student! The key board lights up to see better in darker places, it is touch screen also if you want to use it as touch screen, you can talk to it to read you content or write it for you. It has so many great features and great for school or at home Jobs. To me could be used also as a gaming laptop because the memory is great. Comes with so much included and free trials for Microsoft also geek squad protection etc. I truly could t be happier. I love HP and it was between apple and HP definitely made a great choice! I thought the size would be huge and it’s perfect size as well!

Very happy with this purchase. 2-in-1 comes in handy and large screen is easy to use when using as touch screen. The speed and storage is more than adequate for my needs. I have hooked my laptop to my large screen TV to watch online sporting events. Works great with no hitches. I highly recommend this laptop.

I'm happy to have such a beautiful laptop. My computer specialist did have a bit of "unusual" difficulty in transferring from my old laptop to this one. He said he transferred everything to this one and it wouldn't move or accept the information. He had to start all over again. He said he'd never had this happen before! I expressed my concern to him that possibly I have a lemon. He assured me that he felt it should be fine. I actually had forgotten the problem until writing this review. I have had no further problems during this short time of ownership. It's incredibly fast! Really super fast. So fast that I'm having to adjust. Another thing it does, seemingly on its own, is to magnify the screen. It happens a lot! which is aggravating. I haven't yet figured out what I may be touching to make this happen? I always have to use the touch screen to bring it back down, to unmagnified.

Love this laptop. I purchased a desktop at the same time and the laptop is so much faster and of such higher quality. It’s touch screen. The only issue is a small issue with switching from touchpad to screen but you get used to it.

No complaints so far! The battery is great, it charges super fast. The mousepad features are great! The touch screen works phenomenally. Good screen resolution and speed.The only improvement is the back light for the keyboard, it could be brighter.

First laptop since windows vista. Ssd is very fast almost no wait time for computer to start. Touch screen is very handy and lots of different gestures work on the mouse pad making it easy to use. Would recommend and will be buy HP in the future

Had a lot of luck with HP the first time around so I decided to stick with it and I'm not disappointed. Love the size of the screen, the speed; pretty much everything. The touch screen is new for me and I love it although now I'm trying to scroll my work screen! Quiet, quick and sleek.

I was looking for a laptop that at least had a 256 Gig SDD hard drive with at least 8GB of Ram and an I5 Core processor and this was a 10th Gen. So I am very happy and the keys light up as well which is a added bonus. Not to mention the Bang& Olufsen sound system which doesn't even get mentioned which sounds great. The only small issue I have is trying to find the on button (it's one the top row )with everything else so I just got a sharpie and marked it so I could find it easier.

I love this laptop. I basically stream the internet and watch Netflix along with other shows, but it's great all around. The tablet 2 in 1 feature is very handy. the color and graphics are clear. Its fast. I like the smooth sleek design.

I love the sleek design. This is a great laptop for students. I dont really use the touch screen feature but it is nice to know its there. Do not expect to be able to play games on this computer it does not have that kind of capacity.

Laptop is very easy to navigate thru. Start up was a breeze. Easy to connect additional monitors, printers, etc to. Finger touch speeds up the log on the only takes seconds. No delay between screens. All in all a very good putchase

I can almost get past the ridiculously loud fan that other reviewers have mentioned (they weren't lying, either. The fan is obnoxious...) but the camera quality is so terrible that I am definitely returning this computer. I haven't seen a camera produce photos this blurry and pixelated since the days of flip phones.
